NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO REAL REPS

I reserved a hotel room for two nights for a homeless man to give him a break. When we got to the hotel to check him in, we were informed the owner refused to rent to him. He did not stay there. They told me I could get a refund, but Traveluro refused. I disputed the charge via Apple support and Traveluro still refused. Boo!

Terrible service

I booked a stay through this app and when I arrived to the hotel they said “the card traveleuro has on file with us is not going through, you’ll need to reach out to them to see if they can refund your stay and we’ll book you a new stay, or they can give us a new card number”
Traveleuro refused to give a new card number. Refused to refund. Refused to give any reason why the card wasn’t working. Zero help. Then wanted a receipt that I rebooked my hotel room to give a refund. I wasn’t able to use the money I paid YOU!

No edit button for online or app booking

No edit button for online or app booking. I booked a room for a friend far from me. And the hotel wants me to be there checking them in. I called and the customer service and waited for a long time.

To up-level customer services, make sure the waiting time is shorter. And invest in the app to eliminate calls. Put the button.

SCAM

I have done research on this so called company and I’m glad I did that before booking they will keep the money and not actually get you the room etc…

This is a scam ,i tried it and they draw the money from my credit cards but the reservation is cancelled by them!! And i tried to contact them and they just let me on hold for the whole day and no one give me an answer

Refund

Traveluro forgot to send our hotel confirmation to our stay in December. After long calls and talks, I had to purchase the rooms myself. (Lucky the hotel had some available) I told the lady on the phone with Traveluro that I would connect with them for a refund. They did take money out of my account for the rooms. I have been talking to them in both emails and phone calls. Now, 9 months later, to no avail, no refund. I keep getting pushed off with no real answers. If this was my fault, I would have no problem, but this was their error and I had to pay twice for the rooms. I have all documents.
How kind should I be? 9 months worth?
Be careful, I will now book direct to hotels.

SCAM COMPANY : DO NOT USE / DOWNLOAD

I used Traveluro to book accommodation in London last month and when I arrived at the hotel (Novotel) they couldn’t find my booking, nor could they / I get in contact with anybody from this company to resolve the issue. Extremely dodgy and fraudulent company / app. Basically a scam to steal your money. DO NOT USE / DOWNLOAD.

This site is a scam and fraud.scammed me $197...Probe is coming

They scammed me $197 for a reservation that was booked in the wrong location and they rendered absolutely no help or assistant to resolve the issue or issues a refund. My bank is on this issue and be aware that they are so fast in responding when you file a dispute with your bank. They are great scammer.... Horrible to get $197 for free!!!

Used the app, DO NOT USE

I used the app, when i got to the hotel i was informed that my room was cancelled. Tried calling customer support they do not answer after calling all day. Finally found another number due to their numerous complaints and they wanted me to pay again to get another room and they would refund my previous reservation. This is a scam be forewarned , I an a veteran and filed a complaint with my credit card will be receiving a refund. Hotel was accommodating and informed me that traveluro had made 2 reservations and cancelled them both. Will never use them again.
