Worst experience ever
They dates I selected were not the dates that the reservation was made for. I tried to use the app to change the dates or cancel the reservation in order to rebook only to discover that I could not. I called the customer service number which is automated only to be hung up on repeatedly. I did receive an email and are currently corresponding with someone mind you I only receive responses in the middles of the night.

modify my trip and soon it dawned on me you cannot reach anyone to modify or cancel your trip. If you made the same mistake I made, go to your credit card’s website to dispute the charge ASAP, and document as much as is possible.

Horrible customer service
Worse customer service we got out hotel but the customer service is horrible. I tried to extend the stay an nobody answered
Cancelled my reservation and still charged me
Made reservation through traveluro, called the hotel to confirm my reservation just to find out traveluro called and canceled it. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Why, can't you book more than one night at a time?, for Thanksgiving I had to book one night at a time, which 🤬 insane. What type of site is this crap, not only that, they have you on the phone for over 30 minutes before answering. This has disturbed my mental and emotional health, is this app a scam 🤔
