Good luck contacting them

I have called several times and they all say that other agents are dealing with other people at the moment please hold. when you hold the call gets disconnected. Sending an email you will not get responded back. This is a scam business. Please contact Better Business Bureau on behalf of this company. They are very poorly. They will take your money and will send you an email and let you know that they do not do cancellations. but they will send you an email about a claim. when you try to file a claim you will get rejected from the claim. they gonna give you all types of excuses not to give you your money back. Very bad business. I’m going with Expedia for now on. Traveling needs to be wiped out of business if they can’t speak or contact anyone.

REFUND? NOT A CHANCE

When booking a hotel, the terms state you cancel and receive a full refund if you do it by a certain date and time.
All good right? Except it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them to cancel. Calling, messaging through the app, emailing… all done BEFORE the deadline, with no response. The phone calls get dropped after one transfer and two rings. The email response, received 3 days after initial contact, was a bot, stating it was too late to cancel.
Essentially they stole $260 and now I must file a dispute with my credit card company. Don’t use them.

Canceled booking

Got all the way to Vermont ready for my two night stay and was told the booking was canceled. No call no text no email. Call the customer service number and got a reply from email only.

Total ripoff - DO NOT DL!!!

Tried to call customer service to cancel a reservation within the cancellation window but never got anyone on the phone. Hold message says to click on the cancel reservation option in the app...but there's not one.

I booked a last minute hotel using traveluro because it saved me about 50% off but it wasnt until after i made the reservation that i saw all the negative reviews. Everything went well but i didnt know what kind of room i was going to stay in until i got to my room. I booked a standard room but the put me in a 2 queen bed room when i wanted just one king size. Hotel wasnt able to do anything because i didnt book directly through them. It was super late at night so i just left it and it was ok. Just wish the site tells you what kind of room you're getting when you book.

The app and service are not reliable

The hotel didn’t have my reservation, and their hotline didn’t answer the phone and weren’t contactable through the app, it only links to make a phone call that I was then hung up on about a half dozen times while waiting in the hotel lobby before just buying a room for the night

The app doesn’t actually let me interact, many buttons don’t seem to register anything.

Horrible customer care support

Do not book with these guys. You can’t change your date if you booked the wrong date. Also no refunds when you cancel. It’s a complete scam. I just lost $123 every time u call the number provided the phone hangs up. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for over an hour and still can’t get through.
