Can’t save more than one thing
The app works well with the tape printer and is quite fast. It would be 5 stars if you could save more than one template. Each new one overwrites the old one so is pointless as I have to redo each one again and again.HippyChickSJ
Awful software
I made the mistake of buying this printer because, while the hardware works fine, the software is really bad. I have spent an hour trying to figure out how to edit a template, but it’s not at all easy to figure out.pawsitivepaw
I am unable to connect the Bluetooth
The printer does not see my iPhone 13s Bluetooth signal dispute it’s being on and under the printer (to get it as close as possible).
Support is over the midnight hours for ISA so getting this resolved may be difficult.lbjiowa
Works great
I also got the storage box and an additional roll of labels. Love that the labels are waterproof. The instructions are very clear but require a magnifying glass. Very versatile!Time Mgt Expert

The printer works but the app is terrible and not user friendly. I’m looking to print very simple labels and it’s impossible to change up text size, font etc… This should be straightforward and simple but it’s just frustrating.Lcndg
Good but can’t save more than two templates
I like this product, the printer works really well and the app is easy to use however I when I create my own templates it only saves the last two. Each time I try to save a new one it replaces one I previously saved. Very frustrating.SallyT..
