App freezes, garbage app
App only let me type a word, can’t edit it, can’t get keyboard back, can’t change anything. Just frozen. Deleted and reinstalled app, same thing. How is this app this broken!!!?? Returning the printer
Too difficult
The app was designed great. Then an update happened and now it’s so difficult. You can’t see what you’re fully typing resulting in a huge amount of waste. Turn it back. It was fine.
Crashing
The app is so DOS level. It’s hard to move things around and now I can’t even create a new label because it keeps freezing up.
Very slow.
Used to work awesome. After an update it is extremely slow and unresponsive. Please fix this!!!

App freezing
This app was decent but for past 2 weeks I have not been able to use this app or printer cause I can’t edit or create anything new.

was an amazing app, love the printer, now has so many glitches and barely works everytime i try using it
Terrible !!
This app worked perfectly before this most recent update and now it crashes, freezes, and the options do not allow you to click on them and make appropriate changes. It’s awful and I hope a fix comes quickly. very disappointing after paying so much for the product that the recent update has made it virtually not useable without it taking far too long and wasting label material.

App issue
I’ve had my label maker 6 months now and used it for my wedding seating chart and my sisters as well. It worked wonderfully. Now the app stopped working, I hope it can be fixed. I have a practically brand you device and a ton of extra tape and it’s now all unusable.
What happened…?
This has been a great printer and an easy app…but now it’s soooooo laggy it’s virtually unusable. 👎🏻
