Crashes and Hang
At the beginning, I really enjoyed using the app. But now for some reason it started hanging and crashes most of the time. I tried removing and reinstalling the app in my phone. But no changes to the problem. Can you please fix the issue ASAP! Need to label my gifts.
Templates disappeared

My app crashes and freezes when I try to make/edit a label, rendering my label maker printer useless. Please fix soon.

Keeps freezing after most recent update …can’t even use the printer I just bought
Terrible broken app
Saving your changes does nothing helpful… saves your design on a different label when you reload, nothing lines up. What an absolute garbage app. Surprised Apple approved it when even a basic feature like saving your changes does t even work.

Worked Amazing
At the beginning, it sad that the printer terminated, but I just put the tape in wrong. I got the green one and have has no issues with the labels. Would buy again. 😄
“Printing terminated” app crashing
The app has always worked flawlessly in the past, but it recently began crashing immediately upon pressing print. I enter the text and press print. Within a second, it says “printing terminated” and crashes. Obviously it does not print.
Cannot change font
App is user friendly and has a lot of great features. However I was only able to change the font for two labels and now it refuses to change the font.
