APP DOES NOT WORO DO NOT BUY
Was so excited for this to come in. App connected to Bluetooth but said printing terminated every single time I went to use it. Of course their support wasn’t online and it won’t be for up to 36 hours. Go with another brand!

The printer works well as long as you accept the automated text size.
The only way I can get smaller text is to fill the area, the text defaults back to full size regardless of what I set the text to be, also the instructions are very very basic and it’s not intuitively written software but if you’re only wanting labels it’s a good machine.

Overly broad permissions required
Turn your phone or laptop and everything about your life over to the authors of this app if you want to use the wireless label maker. It is shelf art without the app, developed in China.
Bluetooth won’t connect
Just doesn’t work with iPhones! Bluetooth won’t connect.

Great purchase
I got this as a Christmas present this year and it is amazing the app is great very easy to use and even has some premade templates for you to pick from the only annoyance I would have to say is the changing of the font is a little finicky it doesn’t always resize the rest of the label and so sometimes if you try to put a border around that after resizing the font the border might not resize with the font but other than that it is a great app and a great product

Works well and packed with options
I bought the E16 printer and it surprised me with its functionality. It was easy to pair, following the instructions. I even printed in Cyrillic. I wonder why other users have it such a low rating.
