I I also love that they’re coming out with an exercise vault that showcases how to videos. As someone who works out 5 to 6 days a week, this is a game changer.
The personal journal that’s in the app has helped me more than I know how to explain. It has profoundly changed how my mind is defaulting in a given situation. I've noticed in many different circumstances my default thought or reaction is not what it normally is, like my brain is pulling the info straight from the book and applying it automatically. Definitely get this app.
