Makes training accessible
Super impressed with this app so far. Easy to navigate, lots of excellent resources and information, but most importantly great workouts. I’m using it to supplement my group fit classes and finding the workouts are very well considered.

It’s definitely simple
I love the video for each exercise is on a loop and you do it at your own pace and hearing Andrea repeating the key points for good form for each move until you are ready to do the next set. It’s like having your own personal trained next to you. No annoying music or timer or a bell that tells you that your are behind. Definitely going to recommend it too all my girl friends 😊

Perfection!
I’ve followed Andrea for years on IG. Her content is so easy to follow and informative. I lost 55 pounds last year and was ready (and able) to finally get more intense with my workouts. Amazing at Home Strength Training App
Love this app!! I’m not able to go to a gym and was worried about getting an efficient strength training workout at home. This app checks all the boxes! Plus the length of the workouts works great for a stay at home mom!
Take your workouts wherever
I love the convenience of this app. I can take my workouts to the gym or do them at home and have all my workouts easily accessible on my phone. Andrea talks out each move with specifics on breathing and positioning to make sure you are doing the moves correctly. Love the educational content and recipe content too. This app is loaded with guidance to help you on your way to feeling stronger and healthier.

Such a fabulous app!
I love all the different programs. My favorite is strength and sculpt but I love that there is a program for every preference and every one no matter where they are starting from. It is easy to use and follow along. Love that it can be done at home or at a gym. Andrea and her team have put their hearts and soul into this app and it shows!

So. Much. Content!
I read through everything this app has to offer and it seemed like too many to be true. Some apps intentionally fluff up the about info and then underperform once you get in there to use it. Not this one, though! The sheer amount of content is so amazing and the monthly price is honestly so reasonable. I love how there is a quiz to get you set up with the right workout routine for your goals. But what is exercise without nutrition, right? I’ve tried going through each recipe on here and…well…there’s just so many! I struggle with getting in enough protein, so it’s nice that it has the caloric content broken down for each meal. I just adjust as needed for my family or myself. Also, there is a section that has info about all things health from experts whether it’s mental health, hormone health, etc., and this is WAY better than when I would try to google for info lol You never know who to trust, so it’s nice to have vetted sources! Overall, this app is great and a perfect fit for this mom’s busy life. - Kristin LaBorde

Great start
These workouts are so good & get results. Love to play my own music & do these at home or while traveling. Wish the app had a better search feature & favorites, but know it’s in its first release now so know more will come.
More than just workouts!
This app is full of information, not just workouts - which are awesome, though, too. There’s info about everything from postpartum, hormones, and mental health to nutrition and recipes. There are different workout programs to choose from and they’re so easy to follow from home with minimal equipment. Thank you, Andrea!
