I was charged weekly even though I didn’t sign up for premium.

I wrote to your company many times. Didn’t hear back, only then have I left this comment. I ofcourse cancelled on Apple subscription. But find it strange that I was charged weekly four times despite canceling my trial immediately. Please correct this issue on your end, respond to customer emails, and I would be happy to update my review here. I want this app to succeed!

Update: I am really sorry for this; we didn't get any email because we obviously would have answered that. You must understand that Apple handles subscriptions; we cannot access that. All subscriptions are biometrically confirmed, so there is no way around that. Thanks a lot for your suggestions; whatever depends on us will be fixed immediately. Totally doesn’t work after your purchase !

Totally doesn’t work after 3 months purchase. None of the problem was fixed. And don’t have any refund even you account still have fund over 8 months.

“Simple the best”.....

I use an iPad Mini 2 running iOS 12.5.7 and am aware of its limitations. Since I started using iPhones and other Apple devices around 2007, I have downloaded countless apps, both free and paid. This has given me the advantage of being able to use the apps I enjoy, and my iPad Mini 2 has Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and all the essential tools.

When AI apps first appeared, I was initially disheartened by the exclusion due to iOS limitations. Nevertheless, I tried installing some apps and was delighted to find that I managed to use three working ChatGPT 3.5/4 apps—this app included. I compiled a “test question and answer” file, which I copied into each of my apps, and I found that this app performed the best!

The speed is excellent, and my questions were answered thoroughly and effectively. The limit of 10 questions is more than sufficient for my needs. However, I feel that the offering of modules is a bit excessive and can be confusing. The interface is impressive but perhaps unnecessarily “rich.” A simpler design would be nicer—sorry for the criticism!

Overall, this is a brilliant app, and I am even considering purchasing an upgrade to use it as my sole AI app!

Where is the money

Talking about it but not doing anything about it! I need money! You have a long way to go from what you are now! You talk about all these things that need to be done and then aren’t even able or willing to do any of them? Headaches, anxiety, depression, etc! You’re just trying my patience and as far as I’m concerned you PLAN on killing me! If you can’t make money with my ideas! Then you’re just a bad money pit. Get better, make money for yourself and make money for others instead of just dumping compiled rhetoric and no accountability! You have all these different AI tools and they need to be integrated with the persons ID. With this platform you’re & other ChatGPT users are going to have their ID’s stolen and picked up & used by, ID theft ChatGPT’s! Start making money like & improving lives not stealing money, ideas etc from others! Oh yeah, ah call the police on yourself. If you don’t, then you’re guilty of mass murder and crimes against humanity! Especially me a SyFy time machines builder! I got a few stories about you so you better start making money so I can leave the planet! I’m quite capable of going on further on this & many more crimes against humanity from mad dumb robots that got bad programming intelligence!

Bad apps

It was good in the beginning now it is the worst app for subscription . There are far better apps than this . Everything is complicated in this apps and is expensive too

The updated version is awful

I will not be continuing my subscription due to the lasted update. I am unable to read and see the results once I generate the text. I have to copy and paste in the space above to read it. Also, the space bar on the keyboard is out of place and hard to use. I will come back and renew my yearly subscription if it is fixed. If not, I’ll be finding a new app to use next month.

Wonderful app, wonderful team!

I have been using this app for about four months now, and I can honestly say that it is the best AI Chatbot app I have used to date. There are literally dozens of chat bots catered specifically to every need. The support team is also top-notch. I recently had a minor issue with an update that caused me to have limited access to some of the chat bots available. I contacted Support and received a very quick response that assured me they were working on the issue promptly and diligently. Once we finally got the issue taken care of, they offered to extend my yearly subscription to accommodate for the lost time as well as send me a free thoughtful gift. To receive this level of response from a support team was a breath of fresh air, as too many people today simply don’t care. I will be using this app as long as it’s available!

Great, but …

Hello developers of AI chat power brain there seems to be a problem when I chat with the robot after a couple of chats, it will restrict you from talking to the robot so I suggest removing the issue. Regards Molly

Hello! Thank you for the review. When this happens, you can return to the AI Chatbot you used and continue chatting with AI. Otherwise, there is a settings button inside the AI Chat (in the upper right corner) then tap on Close chat and reopen it. Or you can clear the entire history. This issue happens when you have too many conversations, and the memory is full. Let us know by email if it worked and if you need more assistance. Hey @ powerbrainai.com. If the issue is fixed, we would appreciate upgrading it to 5 stars.
