  • Worst App Design

    There's no way to reissue a ticket back in the system, you have to know for sure 100% if that guest from the hotel is coming back or not which may seem intruding on their private information.

    Key scrubs take 30 mins to an hour

    Guests no longer have anything physical to give to valets , they HAVE to use the links even though half of the clientele are above the age of 50 making the checkout unnecessarily difficult.

    There's no way to pay with cash in a VALET system, whoever thought of this needs to be fired.

    There's literal service fees to tip the valet on the app so PMC can pay the tech team who made this app they basically made it cashless so they could pay their tech team easier.

    Dailies are a nightmare if you're dealing with more than 10 of them pulling up relatively quickly.

    No way to edit any of the tickets once they are made in the system, also no way to pull tickets out.

    This app is 100% not user friendly and 100% money hungry.

  • Pretty Good Overall

    The app itself is a good idea however it is pretty inefficient compared to the standard system of using actual paper tickets. If your phone is low or you have bad connection it becomes an inconvenience.
  • Awful

    This app could be amazing but two things are awful. Key scrubs and checking people out are brutal. If someone checks out in the morning you can only mark them as out. If a key scrub can’t be completed then the afternoon has a misrepresentation of the amount of “out” cars and “checked out” cars. Also if it was just tied with hotels then putting in room numbers and check out dates wouldn’t even have to be done. Waste of time and painful app.

  • I miss the flash valet app

    They should’ve tested this app on a hotel where there is less traffic instead of doing to ALL PMC locations. I understand this app is new but come on, it’s honestly a hassle. It keeps logging us out literally 5-7 times a day for what? Fix it. We need sounds whenever we scan the tickets for audits and we need a back button in case we make a mistake and accidently hit “overnight” instead of “daily”’or vice versa.

  • Needs more updates

    •App should make noise when someone request the car

    •The app log you out a lot

    •The app take to long to respond

    •App do not let the guest know when the car is ready

    Thoses 4 thing are fundamental for a busy property
  • Its worse now than it was yesterday

    New update came out to make people pay through the app. This made the app more complicated to use, and it disregards anyone who pre-purchased a parking package online. This app is incredibly unnecessary, seeing as though the hotels front desk staff can just edit the charges to the room, no hassle. And we still have a notification issues city-wide here in Nashville, yet we have no updates to fix that. So the app still remains to be an annoyance to use, and we still have people confused wondering if they’re request had even come through.

  • PMC corporate is awful.

    All these fake 5 star reviews. It’s actually disgusting, you made our valet job a lot harder and it’s like you don’t care. The guest hate it and I hear about it all the time.
  • Giant Mess

    I could go on for literal hours about the problems of this app. I think the developers should really listen to the people that have to use this on a daily basis, especially the customers, and actually make changes, because it’s been months and it’s getting ridiculous.

    For the love of god just include a sound file in the notification payload, it can't be that difficult
  • SUPER BAD APP!!!

    One of the worst ideas PMC has ever come up. App is slow and outdated already. The thought process behind this simply does not work.

    1. Our clientele is mainly based off elderly people that can afford to pay for expensive valet. They don’t know how to use this system and retrieve cars.

    2. You can’t change a ticket once created. Can’t change from overnight to daily or master bill

    3. New paper tickets are way too small and don’t even have the space to write all the information.

    4. App has glitched multiple times just within in using the past month.

    5. No way to know if a ticket has already been scanned in or not without searching it up.

    We are based in a fast paced environment where speed is our main priority. This whole app slows us down, makes our job more tedious, and therefore makes us lose tips.
