Needs major improvements
First off there is no auditory alert or notification for when a car is requested unless you have a pair of headphones in and your phone is off silent. Secondly the key scrub is horrendous. When checking the guest information the list is not in alphabetical or numerical order. It’s just random. A task that could take 10-15 mins now takes an hour. My manager sent a message a few weeks after we implemented this new system saying our service standards are low and that they will be scheduling more people per shift. So not only is the system inefficient but now we will be suffering monetarily too. Please fix.Show lessjh5033
