Convenient & Personalized Music Learning App
What I love most is the quality of the instructors. Lessons feel personalized, and the one-on-one format helps me get tailored feedback to improve each week. The app’s scheduling feature is intuitive, letting me easily book classes and reschedule if needed. Plus, the resources like practice materials and recorded sessions are all accessible in one place, making it easy to revisit lessons and practice at my own pace.
One suggestion would be to include more interactive exercises or quizzes to reinforce key concepts between sessions. Also, as a mobile app, sometimes the video quality varies depending on the connection, so an option for adjusting resolution might be helpful.
Overall, Artium makes learning music more accessible and enjoyable, combining high-quality instructors with convenient, well-designed features. Highly recommended for music learners of all levels! 🎸🎹🎤

Crashed during a live lesson.
Crashes every third time when listening to own recordings.
Recorded notes for practice from teacher cannot be accessed without internet.
Slider on recorded notes is not responsive to touch. One has to try very hard before it responds. Reminds me of pre-iPhone touch screen phones.

Crashed during lesson
*** Crash Scenario 1: My teacher shared recordings for me to practice (shared through the app’s native messaging system). The app crashed every third time I played the recording.
*** Crash Scenario 2 (WEB APP): Session rescheduled as the Web App would not access the camera and sound on my Desktop running the latest MS Windows. Tried on the latest Firefox and Chrome browsers. Ate away 20 minutes of the session. Had to request a reschedule. PLEASE NOTE: both browsers and MS Windows had Camera, Mic and Sound access ALLOWED. I switched to the iOS app on the phone. Exchanged a couple of messages with the teacher and the app crashed again. Note: the browser app was logged in but not being used as only I could hear and see the teacher but he couldn’t see or hear me.
UI Design:
Accessing the messages is not easy. The Web App shows notifications but for accessing the same users must click the Chat Option >> Teacher tab. Now to go back to the teaching session you repeat the process. This should be seamless. User should be able to interact with the lesson and the chat window simultaneously. Like if the user clicks the main screen the chat should be de-focussed but stay on the screen.

Not satisfied with service
My son went more than year. The first teacher not go through based on the syllabus and remaining session covered with short interval of time.
My recommendation is Artium needs to be have a reviewer to go over all students and teachers performance monthly or weekly.
