Bug issue

Regularly amazing, tin reward (right hand side) stopped working after the pizza oven entered the game. Have also tried to uninstall and reinstall and the same issue occurs

Glitchy since last update

Since the last update, the “cookie jar” on the main screen is unusable. Additionally, the support URL offered by the developer in previous responses doesn’t work.

Good time waster but has bugs that needs to be fixed. such as the bonus jar not opening

Bugs such as bonus jar not opening. I’ve tried deleting app the reinstalling only to lose all progress and start over for it to happen again but on a newer level than previously

Great game but small issue

My rewards chest is stuck on "open" for the past two days. The chest that gives you a reward for every 25 orders completed. I can't click on it I'm on it to open it.
level 101 if that helps. I also have a screenshot.

App not opening bonuses

I have received a bonus (top right on the main page that you receive every 25 orders) but it will not open. All attempts to contact app makers take me to Netflix so I am unable to receive app support. I have tried restarting the app, and removing it an reinstalling with no change.

Good game but experienced technical issues

I really like this game and would have given it 5 stars but the little cookie jar thing that gives you rewards after fill so many requests says to open but it won’t. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it and shut off my iPad and turned it back on. Even called for technical support but nothing has helped. In fact I was very disappointed with my phone call. The girl that helped me was as informative as a door nob.

Tech Issue

I have been unable to open my jar that sits on the front page, top right, for 2 levels now. It says “Open”, but it doesn’t respond. I don’t know how much I’ve missed out on, since I keep playing and filling orders, despite being able to open it…

Awesome game (only minor gripe)

This game is such a fun title (when I’m actually able to play)
The energy system is currently too restrictive and I see that the developer are already informed so I’m giving it 5/5 with the understanding that this will be adjusted to allow more playing time.
It really deserves to be balanced as best as possible. Maybe there can be more ways to get energy or a zen mode.
