  • Cannot login since authentication code will not send from app

    I created an account through my employer and logged in, but when asked for my phone number for authentication code to be sent… all I get is an error message that says “code cannot be sent, try again later.” I have tried later for two days now. There is no contact to inquire about this problem. For a “calm” app, this is incredibly frustrating.

  • Log in changes

    This is a helpful and informative app. The time spent here is never wasted.

    After receiving an invitation to join I did so over a month ago. However now I’m being asked to create a new account and cannot log in with my existing credentials. Why is that? How do I access my already existing “Care Plan?”

  • Can’t use app and no details on how to contact administrator

    I have an account and a program has been created but I’m unable to log into the app at all and can only see/use it online which I don’t want to do. I get a “500” error and directions to contact an apparently nonexistent administrator. Help please!

  • Needs phone verification which doesn’t work

    Was invited to participate, but to register you can’t use your existing profile, but they want your google profile or Apple login and you must verify a phone number (but the verification doesn’t even work). No thanks.

    I can’t believe their is not supporting iPad app like the regular Calm app. Why did you skip providing a Calm Health App?
  • Big FAIL in terminology

    I went to enter my conditions and was appalled to find that Calm is so out-of-touch. No one has Chronic MigraineS. This is a chronic neurological condition with no cure, not a type of headache. You wouldn’t say someone gets asthmas and you don’t say someone gets migraines either. I have migraine and it causes migraine attacks. This sort of language perpetuates the stigma that leaves migraine research chronically underfunded, leaves people with migraine struggling to get bosses, co-workers, and even family to understand the reality of this disease. I expected better from you, Calm.

  • CHARGED FOR A FREE TRIAL

    I have tried for days to get either calm or Apple to refund the 69.99 that was withdrawn from my account! In opening the app I chose the 7 day free trial but instead got charged 69.99 a price that I clearly can not afford!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU OPEN THE APP
