This is changing my life! But there is room for improvement

I got the sponsor for this app thru my health insurance and I love the quality of the content so much. It’s available just the right time for me and just simply a game changer. The content and voices sooth my brain and emotion. However, I find it a little bit hard to wander around and find the content that I like. And it’s not easy to find the program that I’m following. The progress tracker is not very efficient for me. For example, I finished the program but want to listen to some session a again, that program will show up like I’m starting from scratch. Or it only allows me to play in background at the first time opening the program. If I pause for a little and resume, the sound turns off with my screen off and I have exist the program, reopen it again so that I can turn my screen off. Those are some small things but really impact my experience. I hope those will go away in future updates.

Bad user experience

The content is great but I have to log into my account every time I open the app.

Worth It

This app is subtly helpful, I find myself opening it at all times of day for various activities and soundscapes.

Annoying login

I like the app but forcing me to login every time I wanna use it is absurd. Even if it is via Google login and Face ID. I understand if it’s once every month but every use is unnecessary.

The actual content is good stuff.

Maybe one of the WORST apps I’ve ever used

I tried to use this app and tried to link it with my Sonos, but it said I was not a subscriber. I then realized I was using Calm Health but not the real app. Sonos really needs to allow the use of this app with its service. I am NEVER using this app again and am happy without it.

WFYIfan46775 - sorry to hear this. It sounds like you downloaded the Calm Health app and would like to use the other Calm app, which does work with Sonos. If you download that one you should be all set, cheers.

Have to login over and over

This would be a good app if it didn’t make you constantly log in. No other app I have makes you do this.

This is a great app. I listen to the sessions during my commute & it’s honestly so informative & helpful if you let it. You can tailor it to your needs. I’m so happy that my health insurance company offers this. Great day to day strategies. LOVE!

Cannot login since authentication code will not send from app

I created an account through my employer and logged in, but when asked for my phone number for authentication code to be sent… all I get is an error message that says “code cannot be sent, try again later.” I have tried later for two days now. There is no contact to inquire about this problem. For a “calm” app, this is incredibly frustrating.

Log in changes

This is a helpful and informative app. The time spent here is never wasted.

After receiving an invitation to join I did so over a month ago. However now I’m being asked to create a new account and cannot log in with my existing credentials. Why is that? How do I access my already existing “Care Plan?”
