Cannot login since authentication code will not send from app
I created an account through my employer and logged in, but when asked for my phone number for authentication code to be sent… all I get is an error message that says “code cannot be sent, try again later.” I have tried later for two days now. After receiving an invitation to join I did so over a month ago. However now I’m being asked to create a new account and cannot log in with my existing credentials. Why is that? How do I access my already existing “Care Plan?”Show lessDeveloper Response

I have an account and a program has been created but I’m unable to log into the app at all and can only see/use it online which I don’t want to do. I get a “500” error and directions to contact an apparently nonexistent administrator. Help please!Developer Response
