This should be illegal. I deposited $100 off the Facebook ad, and played what seemed like forever to meet the requirements. I had $186 when all was said and done.
They refused to pay me and asked for a selfie with ID, a bank statement, and my 1040 Tax Return and Social Security Card! Who does that?! I wouldn’t even send all that to a loan officer. You had no issue taking my deposit, but when it comes time to pay all of a sudden it’s a bar application.
I have complained to the WV Lottery, but received no response.
