Always crashes, never pays out!
Worst pay tables of any casino app I have ever used. While I know gambling is pretty much throwing away money, I have not used a single other app where you can run through $500 and never hit a single bonus or even win more than 20 dollars. If you want any chance of winning money/feeling like you have a chance to win money, I would suggest using another application like Bet MGM.
Might be the worst ran sportsbook in the state. Only makes sense being it’s ran through Mardi Gras
I can relate to everyone’s review I have every casino app and I have never had such a bad experience as I have had on Betly !!! I have been playing since aug 2023 so a few months and have deposited over $6000.00!!! I have withdrawn $50 !! And I do anywhere for 20cent bets to $2 bets ! I have never got above $450 that’s with the bonus money of 200 that u have to wager since then the highest I have achieved is $150 ! And it always brings me to around the same amounts like $37.50 or 42.00 ! No matter what it seems even when I do get free spins bonuses the app mysteriously glitches and kicks me out and freezes up I have screen shots where I had finally started to win after my 1st bonus that froze finally get access back then 2nd bonus same thing and will not load for hours anyone know this affects ur game 3 hours later that game prob isn’t paying out !! I’ve had wins that I have seen and it kick me out on the last reel coming down and then log back in and it’s as if it never happened! This isn’t stuff that happed a few times it happens everytimr I would win or get a bonus 85% of the time it’s like it’s programmed to glitch out when a player might win big or decent ! The only way I can even get up to 150$ is after make 3 $50 deposits !!! Like everyone else said I don’t expect to be ahead but ur just giving them ur paycheck with no fun or no return to a player what so ever !!! I was also scamed out of bonus money which is s joke to begin with …. And there promotions for drawing who knows if there legit they don’t list the winners !!! They still have the old promo drawing up that is no longer available! And all they list is huge wins !!! Like $10,000 it’s probably all fake cause that person would had to of deposited 100000000x s that to win such amout on here would play BetRivers bet mgm or DraftKings even !!! I wish I would of knew what I knew now I would of never even downloaded this app let alone wasted all that money !!’
I won 30 free spins on a 18.75 bet, the system never loaded my free spins and the system kept timing out and kicking me out. I contacted customer support, was told there was no error and that I have an internet problem. I do not have an internet problem because all other apps work just fine and never kicked me out. They ultimately updated the app and I have not been kicked out since then. They have refused to tell me if their logs show that I won 30 spins on an 18.75 bet. They have only told me they don’t see an issue and refuse to give me any detail or to escalate me to a manager. They offered me a 20.00 bonus which I refused , it was rather insulting. I’ve filed a complaint and will write to their parent company. I do not appreciate how I’ve been treated by their support team and the lack of willingness to give me any information. I’ve had far better experiences with other online gaming apps, better service, better bonuses, better reward programs. They are treating me as if I’m trying to get over when I simply want my 30 free spins at 18.75 bet. If I get that and do not win anything I will be okay with that. I just want what I won. The system is glitchy which is concerning and increases the risk of issues occurring and them not doing right by the customer.
If you have the urge to gamble, go elsewhere! This isn’t gambling, it’s a pay per view of flashy lights dings and bells that you pay by the minute to watch. I cannot believe this will remain in operation, the reviews are horrible, I have yet to speak to anyone who doesn’t feel like they were mugged by the place and even the people who work at the parent casino in Charleston say it is a rip off. Let me be specific, I thought I would give it a try back in August. Since then, I have deposited over $3000 and withdrew $185.00. I know there could be many circumstances where I could have accumulated wins and then gave them back being greedy. Perhaps I wager too high and played table games? Nope. This is solely on slots and the $185.00 is the highest amount I’ve been able to achieve playing over a dozen different games. Just to illustrate further. Their bonus point system gives one point for each $12 wagered and at minimum you need 500 points to get a $5.00 casino bonus (also the worst loyalty program I’ve seen). Over the last three weeks I have deposited over $700 into the site and taken no winnings. Right before that, I managed after two months and almost $2000 to get a $5.00 bonus. I am still 50 points short after $700 only on slots and am dumbfounded by such a poorly developed rewards program. This illustrates how little you actually win and wager as there is usually a back and forth win, lose, win, lose, etc… Not here. Lose x 10, maybe win a couple bucks back, but never any momentum to keep moving up. My favorite is the “bonus” rounds. One night on the triple gold wheel of fortune game, I went to the bonus spin on both the regular wheel and the “gold” wheel over 30 times. The highest amount I won during a bonus was $12.50 on a $2.00 wager. Apparently my luck is so bad that despite being statistically impossible, I got the lowest amount on the wheel every spin and then only got to that great sum of $12 bucks by a multiplier.
I know the house always wins and I’m not delusional enough to believe I should be ahead overall, but this isn’t even fun. There is no hope sprinkled in by winning every now and then and it’s just frustrating. Buy scratch off tickets, they likely will pay out better!

I played 180 dollars and activated 0 bonus plays on any game. They won’t let you withdraw your money. Do not give them your money, it’s absolutely theft! Won a small bonus and withdrew 50, they took all of my remaining balance, gone into thin air! This is an absolute fraud casino!!!
