    Pictures never load! Can never see pictures the teachers upload til a day or two later.

    Stopped sending notifications several weeks ago. Then, 4 days ago, went completely down and can’t login at all.

    Update: it’s July & I still can’t receive notifications. I’ve spent hours discussing it with support and still no resolution. Considering the other complaints, it’s clearly an issue with the app

    Hi! So sorry you are having issues. We have done extensive testing and both notifications and logging in and out are working normally. Please use the in app chat support to ask for help so we can assist you directly with logging in and setting up your notifications. If you have not done so already please delete and reinstall the app.

    My only complaint so far is being unable to see the photos her teacher has uploaded. Would love to see what she’s up to during her day at daycare.
  • Stopped receiving notifications and cannot log in

    The app was a hassle to transition over to from Kids Reports. The apples worked fine until it stopped sending notifications and then logged me off the app. I cannot sign back in because the app says it is an invalid username and password when I have been using the same login information. I can no longer log in, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times on different occasions
  • Issues with notifications

    I no longer receive push notifications even after contacting app support. The app also keeps having problems every now and then.
  • Can’t even log in

    Can’t log in, the wheel loading icon just keeps spinning. Tried everything - uninstall app, restart phone, reinstalled app, password reset, with and without cellular and in-home Wi-Fi. Not impressed that the developer responded to other reviews of people who can’t login by saying to use the in-app chat for support. The App Store support button just directs you to LineLeader website with no immediate support option for the app. I’ll be talking to the daycare to voice concerns that this company clearly isn’t worth it.

    Stopped receiving notifications about 3 weeks ago, and then about 2 weeks ago I got logged out and haven't been able to log in since. Some kind of acknowledgement and update regarding when this will be fixed would be nice. Normally the app is great. If it starts working again I'll update my review accordingly. 4/27/24 Response: if I can’t login how am I supposed to use the in app chat? I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times to no avail. I’ve reset my password and nothing.

    *4/29/24 UPDATE* was able to get into the app and all is working now. Was an unrelated issue. Overall the app is great and I love being able to get updates about my child throughout the day!
