Stopped working
Stopped sending notifications several weeks ago. Then, 4 days ago, went completely down and can’t login at all.Amber@0503

Hi! So sorry you are having issues. We have done extensive testing and both notifications and logging in and out are working normally. Please use the in app chat support to ask for help so we can assist you directly with logging in and setting up your notifications. If you have not done so already please delete and reinstall the app.Needs an extensive amount of work!!!
The system they work under is down OFTEN. Still don’t have access to pay in the app which is huge inconvenience. No face recognition to get on the app. This company has a lot of updating all around.AlC1990
Stopped working suddenly
It was a great app I was updated regularly but my notifications stopped coming in and today I’m unable to get on the app at all even though I used it this morning to sign my daughter into schoolUnfortunately Unreliable

Every single time I pick my kid up, I have to login with UN and PW. Please adjust to 2024 standards and allow facial recognition or at least the ability to save the UN and PW!!!!WDE_AU2010
Notifications stopped working
Love using this app to keep up with my kids at daycare however the notifications have stopped coming through. Also it’s doing this weird thing during login where it looks like I’ve been logged out and on the login page but then it randomly logs me in.Mommy Meggie

This app is useless! Can’t even log in! You don’t have a way to set up your username and password as a new user! The school can’t do it either! Useless!MelessiaS

So far this hasn’t been too bad of an app to track my son during his time at daycare. However just this last week my notifications stopped. I have to physically get on the app to check on him and make sure he doesn’t need anything. Please fix the notifications those were helpful and nice to watch throughout the day instead of physically going into the app.Drinkmasta2000
Great first iteration
Mostly a great app. For some reason I stopped getting any sort of notifications all of a sudden yesterday and I don’t know why. None of my settings have changed. Other than working out the few glitches still, it’s very nice.Eljefe9223
Easy to use with great info!
I am so excited to be able to see what is happening with my child at Childcare Network throughout the day. I get notifications about the activities my children are participating in, fun photos of them learning each day, important announcements, and more. I can chat with my school director and let them know about my children. It is so easy to log in and start usingAbbeW1921
Great app!
I love seeing updates about my children from CN Moments! I get photos, comments, and information about all of the learning happening at Childcare Network! The app is easy for me to use as a parent and it is great to be able to log in and see what is happening throughout the day.
