Beautiful , what I needed

Amazing app , enhances focus , and helps me a great deal so far looking forward to continuing the journey of self compassion and gratitude .

Only wish is that would bundle the apps .

Great coaching tool

The interaction and endless amount of guided meditations and coaching sessions are truly awesome. Although this app isn’t going to ‘fix’ me it certainly has allowed me to take a step back and focus on what help I need. Highly recommend and its beautifully constructed

I love this app!

I’ve downloaded more than a few self-help/journal apps and this one, really helps keep me on track. The graphics are colorful and the illustrations are so well drawn. The meditations are easy to listen to and not too long. The journal prompts are relevant to me and what I learn in the app sticks with me during the day making the content priceless while I’m trying to overcome some pretty tough behavior I’ve gotten stuck in. Thank you for a wonderful app, I find it worth the money I’ve paid and I will continue with the subscription.

Put in the work and feel the rewards

This app helps so much and I have been only doing it for three days. If you put in the time and work for yourself it really pays off

Can’t leave the gratitude entry page

4 stars as it looks like a great & helpful app but after inputting my first gratitude entry there must have been a crash? As there are no active or working buttons to take me out of this area. It’s a shame because I’m using the free trial to consider purchasing & now can’t access the rest of the app.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be guided through this process of learning how to live with my own process and still have the the opportunity to work with my kids to learn together that has not been the easiest is not the greatest thing or time but it is time together I’m learning to be a memorable person not only a disappointment and hardship for others I I choose to be alone it’s easier
