    Its cool app works good but u could just delete the apps off ur phone for free
  • I don’t like it.

    Once the subscription trial ends it set my apps to 2 which is dumb because it doesn’t help anything at all. I feel like it should be set way higher than 2 like- make premium like 100 and normal like 20 AT LEAST DO THAT or something bc I want to fix my schedule for school

    I understand that you’re frustrated that something you find valuable is not available to you for free. I hope in school this year that you can learn about economics and why it’s not possible or likely for this disappointment to change as your life progresses. Developers have to eat!
  • Idk if it’s just me but…

    I set a screen time starting at 8:00 am (and I checked to make sure that it was right before I wrote this review) and ending at 11:00 am (again I double checked) and after eleven like at 2 for example it was still blocked. If u want an app that works try ClearSpace while worked for me (NOT PAID I JUST LIKE THE APP CLEARSPACE). Thank you so much for reading and Unbloq creators if you have any tips to fix this I would like to hear it because it is a good idea.

    Hi there, thanks for taking the time to review here--this was fixed some versions ago. Glad you found something that works for you--most apps that block apps had a little glitch when iOS 17.5.1 came out (it had a bug) but most of us have resolved it now. If you want to give us another go, this issue is resolved.
  • Great concept, currently too buggy

    The app constantly bugs out. Most of the time it’s harmless and you just have to close and reopen to unblock apps, but recently it’s been failing to follow my block schedules. A reboot seems to have fixed it, though

    These workarounds seem ridiculous for an app I pay every month to use

    Thanks for taking the time to share this--I suspect we've already responded to you via support to share the workaround methods. The issue is actually with Apple's iOS and their screentime infrastructure. Every other app out there depending on it is experiencing similar issues, unfortunately. I understand you frustration, we're frustrated too. Luckily, the workarounds tend to solve it for the few folks it impacts. Thanks for supporting our small but mighty mission to change how the world lives!
  • Restricts other apps after deleting

    I installed this app and deleted it a half hour later, deciding it wasn’t for me. What’s bothering me about it, the reason for the 1 star review, is that apparently unpluq keeps Screen Time access on the device even after uninstalling, and it decided to block a bunch of my apps for no reason this evening. Easy fix - deny access in screen time settings - but this is easily the worst “feature” I have ever seen from an app.

    Hi Jennabelle, First, I'm so sorry that this was your experience, and I'd love to know what didn't meet your expectations in the app that led you to delete. We're a small team trying to make something useful and your feedback is so valuable. I want to share the why behind what happened regarding the blocked apps. It sounds like you deleted the app while you had a schedule actively blocking apps. Unfortunately, the way that your iPhone works and Apple's Screen Time settings work is that once our app is deleted, Unpluq can't change your iPhone's settings. Thus, we're unable to remove that screen time access if you go and delete the app without disabling your schedules. It's a bug with the Apple Screen Time API that we have reported (when an app with access to any permission in Apple's OS settings is deleted, they should remove the permission--we no longer have the ability to once our app is deleted), but unfortunately, it's up to them to fix this, and it is a problem that effects all apps that depend on it. Thanks for your understanding and I hope this helps you understand why this singular problem you've reviewed is completely out of our control and is an issue with iOS.   • This thing works!

    I have the Premium subscription with the RFID tag and it has been a game-changer! I use social media to promote my business, and after I’ve posted and answered messages in the morning, I block it for the rest of the day.

    I keep the tag in a jar on a shelf, and having ti walk over and get it prevents probably 99% of my idle scrolling. It’s been a huge time saver and also helps me feel less distracted in general. I had tried apps that set timers but they weren’t flexible enough, so had been looking for a solution exactly like this. It really works!

    And Caroline, the CEO, has been wonderfully responsive to questions—the customer service is excellent. Five stars!

    Day two and I’m already noticing withdrawals from not having access to some apps. Highly recommend this product if you need a digital detox!
  • App is unresponsive - Causes apps to be blocked permanently

    After configuring the app, and setting my two apps, the screen time limiter started. However, when I wanted to go in and do the challenge, the app became unresponsive. I tried restarting, logging out and logging in. Nothing. App is still locked. I uninstalled the app. Nothing. I tried resetting screen time permissions. Nothing. Restarting my phone. Nothing. Used a different app to try to unlock it. Nothing. Finally, as a last ditch effort, I reinstalled this app. Now it just gets stuck on setup. So still, nothing. I’m sure it’s great when it works, but this app can cause your other apps to brick.
