Before getting it they answer all your calls fast but the second you purchase it no one answer calls, no one responds to emails and you can’t even login to the app/site. Even when you try to sign in with your member id number it said “not found” hate to say it but I’ve been scammed 👎🏾
Absolutely worthless!
This plan might get you a discount of a few dollars on a routine cleaning but it’s not good for anything else. If you find yourself in need of any other service you can expect to pay a lot of money out of pocket. If for some reason you need to contact customer service, be forewarned that they don’t answers phone calls or reply to email messages.
Basically it’s just a waste of time and money!

Crashes every time
Every time I try to register my ID the app crashes when I hit next. 5 times already.

Easy to use, reliable
Having access to my discount dental card right on my phone is a game changer. I also love being able to easily look up dentists that accept the plans and get a good idea of the cost up front. Really useful tool that goes hand in hand with the savings from the discount plans.

I love the new app! Having your cards on your phone makes life so much easier when going to the dentist! You can see all the pricing for the care 500 plan and you can find a dentist near you all through the app.

Easy and less clutter
I have my whole family’s membership cards digitally on my phone, can search for in-network dentists, and I can look up the fees for the procedures all on the app. Easier than having to carry around cards and papers!
