No push notifications when rest timer is up

Not sure if it’s just me but I’ve gone through the settings and can’t find a way to get notifications when I’ve switched off the app. It’s so frustrating

Worst App Ever

I hate this app

Okay but tracking is unnecessarily complex

The app is okay but I would absolutely LOVE it if we could connect our whoop data via Bluetooth so it automatically syncs. It’s so much hassle logging sleep especially with apple health and also much less accurate. Same for HRV, calories burned etc…we can connect garmin but please allow the same for whoop so everything is easier to track more efficiently 🙏🏻 sleep is a massively important part of fitness was, what’s the point of the tracking on the app currently is not accurate?! No one knows how many times they wake up and you have you input a number then the app guesses your sleep quality? It’s so bad, please change this and add whoop

Poor across the board

Poor app compared to others - constantly throwing you out needing the password - continuously asking you to update the app - and you can’t even read the text as it’s super pale green on white - the app isn’t great to look at it’s tiny. Would not recommend at all. Stuck her because my trainer uses it but if you have the choice lol elsewhere

Best fitness app

This app gets better and better, I’ve used lots of similar apps and 1FIT by far my fave. The team behind the app are great, and always take on board feedback. Negative reviews are unnecessary, speak with the tech team behind the app and they will help you or work to improve the app

Great platform but some issues

Step logging can be a massive pain, tried manually logging steps as I didn’t have my phone on me when I was doing them. Turns out after I did that and reconnected to my apple health it stopped syncing completely makes me log everything manually now?

Great app but should use data sources better

Great app overall, however why not also pull things like the period tracking from apple health?

I also believe Apple Health already does a lot of deduplication of the steps etc, so why not pull steps from Apple Health rather than having the user pick a data source?

Also on the daily check in there isn’t really a clear “finish” button which seems like poor UX.

Too many issues

Instead of daily track being on 1 page & quick, it’s over 4 pages long. And it doesn’t automatically close, you need to press an arrow to exit. Tooo many steps.
No exercise examples on quite a few things.
Sleep time is not on the daily check-in anymore which is really frustrating. No one has time on busy days to navigate where it is & put it in.
There’s been a lot of updates but things keep getting moved & don’t think it’s for the better yet.

1 step forward 2 steps back

I’ve been using this app for over 5 months now and I can confidently say it’s good. However every time they change things for the better, they ruin an actual easy and good part of the app here’s an example; Daily check ins have become a breeze except when it comes to logging sleep it’s only in 24 hour time and is overly complicated. If my health watch tracks me dozing off at 9:55pm on the 17th of June and waking up at 6am on the 18th 1FIT declares I’ve slept for 32 hours….
I think this app has potential and I hope this review reaches the team- 1FIT is a good app but it could very well be greater than good.

Updates have made app worse

Sleep tracker is more convoluted and unnecessary, can’t record resting heart rate anymore, it’s overall much more confusing and takes longer to log.

Exceptional!!

Fantastic app- highly recommend to track fitness

New updates

The latest update for logging steps, cardio and sleep are such a massive step backwards. It’s just confusing and not easy to use. I appreciate that the sleep tracking allows for more granular data, but it’s just too much. I usually fill my steps and cardio in on a Sunday before I fill out my check-in, but logging steps and cardio is so arduous now - it was way more streamlined before.

Too much hard work

What’s the point of having a watch that tracks all my data to then have to manually input all the data to another app… why does it not connect to my health app and transfer all my metrics over automatically ? Infact it’s actually got worse because metrics that it used to update automatically, it no longer does I.e. steps and sleep plus others

Don’t like new sleep feature

Not overly keen on the new sleep feature. Would be better if it synced with the Garmin watch for sleep and steps to save logging as it doesn’t work it out properly

Awful

What’s happened to the latest update it’s awful so hard to navigate, you end up missing things on your check in, it’s all over the place

Needs connectivity with loseit

App is limited with the data sharing capabilities with other apps (like lose it)

Great gym companion

Nice app keeps getting better - but why make it so faint?

Scammed

The app itself offers nothing new to the coaching space at all, the app is super confusing and I was charged when trying to sign into my free trial, spoke with the Founder and they won’t refund me as they aren’t ’obliged too’ - refunding someone ain’t hard. Customer service is poor, which can be seen through offer reviews

Nutracheck - link needed

Okay app so far, would be much better if it could link with NutraCheck. Does link with MFP, but that’s limited in what it can do

Response from developer

Thanks for your review, however this is not a limitation our side, its actually a limitation with Nutracheck. It may be worth feeding this back to them :)

Lacking true Garmin integration

iPhone user, enjoy the app for the most part but it would be great if it could take any form of cardio, eg, run bike, swim and place that in the cardio (or named something else). It’s the steps for me that feels really lacking. Theres a suggested work around to go through the Apple health app but it wiped months of my results and didn’t work. Please bring seamless Garmin integration.
