Doesn’t work
Been saying failure to validate information for days, website works fine, app doesn’t.
Geeze.
No physical loan payment books so I can’t pay by check in the mail. Download this app and can’t even get a verification code sent properly and when I do get it, it’s expired already. Boy I can’t wait to use this app once a month for the next 30 years. Should be a real smooth 3 decades of my life.

The app and features included are fine, I’ve been using this since it’s been offered, it’s good enough.
That said your infrastructure it’s absolutely terrible, half of the time I try to use the app you are experiencing some form of outage or service disruption, it seems to be happening more and more frequently and it’s not just exclusive to the app, your website is constantly experiencing downtime and outages as well. It’s like a 50/50 shot every time I want to access my account if it will be temporarily down or not.

Can’t use atm to deposit
I like the bank OK but i used to deposit checks and cash at the ATM and now they don’t let you do that.
