No horizontal view
Since the last update, we can’t view horizontally on our iPad. Our iPad cover props it up horizontally, not vertically which is the only way the ap can be viewed.

Ever since they rebuilt the app it is horrible to use now. It used to be so easy to navigate and now it’s slow, clunky, and is much more difficult to navigate. They really should just go back to the old design.
