I’ve never had a bad experience in an FCB bank and I’ve been to several locations over the past 20 years.
I joined FCB because of an enthusiastic recommendation. Like you would recommend a good movie or a good restaurant. I’ve never had anyone do that with a bank!
When my identity was stolen on my debit card, they were right on top of it within a couple minutes. Since then, I’ve told other people about FCB Banks.

My family at FCB on Halls ferry Road are the best family members in the world. I love those guys well ladies.
Stop asking me to rate your app all the time.
It’s annoying when I’m trying to bank.
App is complete garbage.
App constantly logs me out for inactivity. Every month it logs me out and will no longer recognize my security settings. At this point I might as well go with a different bank that has a better IT department and app developer. When the app is working it’s constantly a day behind on transactions, so you can’t trust that your account balance is accurate.
