Stop asking me to rate your app all the time.
It’s annoying when I’m trying to bank.
App is complete garbage.
App constantly logs me out for inactivity. Every month it logs me out and will no longer recognize my security settings. At this point I might as well go with a different bank that has a better IT department and app developer. When the app is working it’s constantly a day behind on transactions, so you can’t trust that your account balance is accurate.

Not reliable.
This app is absolutely terrible. It very rarely works and is always having issues. I have the i phone 17 pro max am operating off of IOS version 26.4.2. I have checked for an update and uninstalled the app. It’s absolutely crazy.
Worst login
I’ve never experienced a app where it’s so difficult to login. It’s so bad to the point where I want to go to a different bank.
Regarding the app
The bank is awesome, but the app sucks sometimes. Sometimes you can’t login and sometimes it randomly reset your Face ID.

My dog writes better apps
This app works about 50% of the time. When it does work, 50% of that time you have to retype your credentials to log in! I am often either locked out or the app freezes after face recognition to log in.
Once you’re in, everything seems to work fine.
I would like the ability to authorize every charge coming through my account though. Maybe a “did you authorize this” notification. That would be nice and would reduce the amount of new debit cards every year 🙄

this is by far the worst app i've ever used. i truly hope whoever coded this nonsense is struck by a bus at 100 mph.
App never works
There are constant issues trying to login or transfer money to accounts. I’ve used this app for years and it hasn’t improved.
Horrible
More times than not, you get errors saying the app can’t log you in. When it is working it constantly disables Face ID and makes you re-enter your information manually.
Mobile banking should be convenient but this app is seriously lacking and compared to other banking apps, is way behind, not only in consistent functionality but also design.

Junk update
The new app is junk now i cant even use my mobile banking because they are forcing everyone to use it. It takes a 15.0 iso or better my phone only has 14.5 iso and i cannot updste any more because i dont enough storage. The only way i can get more storage niw is to buy a new phone and pay more monthly. This should have been a option wether or not you wanted the new version. Junk JunkJunk

This app seriously has me considering leaving this bank just because it’s a constant hassle.
Every 3rd time I log in it sauce it can’t identify my credentials and I have to reenter my password because it turns FaceID off. Then about every tenth time I have to wait for a phone call with an authorization code… while I’m trying to use the app on my phone.
Just implement proper two factor identification that we’re allowed to opt in to if you want to make the app more secure, because the current security steps are absolutely worthless.

Had multiple mobile deposits no go through and was not notified by the app or email
Loan payments
Would be nice to make earlier payments on loans and it count towards the monthly amount due.
Great App
The app works great for everything I need it to do. Very user friendly and very easy to make deposits or transfer money in seconds. Customer service has always been very helpful when I have needed them.
