The app costs $5 and comes with 500 iChalks. That's about $0.01 to iChalk a tire. The purpose of the app is to determine what cars have parked overtime. Assuming an overtime violation is $25 that's 1 overtime parked car for every 2500 iChalks at breakeven. I think you are misunderstanding something here.
