Not User Friendly
Most of my clients want a PDF version of their returns. So I decided to try SecureFilePro.
Once I share their taxes on the app, and the PDF is uploaded, clients can see the return but can't download or share the file with whoever they have to share.
They try and try and try, and because they keep bothering me on how to use the app, I give up and share their PDF in other ways.
Something that was supposed to save me time, is consuming it.

Hard to Use
It won’t let me download documents and gets stuck on the download page, not allowing me to return to the main menu.
Functional and straight forward!👍🏽
The app was pretty simple and clean. It’s self explanatory and made the process smoother for me. Great app and great process! Thank you.😊
2nd Year Feedback
App is good overall. Notification for Organizer section is bugged and doesn’t clear on going to the section, acknowledging the sent organizer, nor completing the organizer sent. This has been an issue for at least a year IN APP ONLY. Hopefully fix is made soon because it would be nice to use this without having client issues.

Seems good but no support for horizontal orientation
Seems to be a great platform to use and has the functionality of the web platform. However only giving one star to gain the attention of the developer so they might consider adding support for Horizontal orientation. Turning your head to verify info while typing on a physical keyboard is ridiculous.
