Not User Friendly
Most of my clients want a PDF version of their returns. So I decided to try SecureFilePro.
Once I share their taxes on the app, and the PDF is uploaded, clients can see the return but can't download or share the file with whoever they have to share.
They try and try and try, and because they keep bothering me on how to use the app, I give up and share their PDF in other ways.
Something that was supposed to save me time, is consuming it.

Hard to Use
It won’t let me download documents and gets stuck on the download page, not allowing me to return to the main menu.
Functional and straight forward!👍🏽
The app was pretty simple and clean. It’s self explanatory and made the process smoother for me. Great app and great process! Thank you.😊
2nd Year Feedback
App is good overall. Notification for Organizer section is bugged and doesn’t clear on going to the section, acknowledging the sent organizer, nor completing the organizer sent. This has been an issue for at least a year IN APP ONLY. Hopefully fix is made soon because it would be nice to use this without having client issues.

Seems good but no support for horizontal orientation
Seems to be a great platform to use and has the functionality of the web platform. However only giving one star to gain the attention of the developer so they might consider adding support for Horizontal orientation. Turning your head to verify info while typing on a physical keyboard is ridiculous.

Signing in
How do I sign in? I forgot my username and password then it always locked out my account because I forgot either my password or username.
Only wish there was a preparer version…
I have used this almost all of my clients and it’s extremely user friendly and very secure, set behind encryption and protective layers and it integrates directly with drake tax software. My only request is that there was a a login and management function for preparers and other tax accounting software from the practice side of things. If you had that then I’d give you 12 stars if I could!

Why no biometric lock?
Why do I need to login every time I access the App? Couldn’t you offer biometric authentication as an option? Please update. Thank you for having an iPad version.

Good took to integrate a place for clients to upload documents and scan to their phone for accountants and tax preparers.

This is first year using this app so I’ll update if needed. So far so good. It had some notification bugs but Drake quickly fixed when brought to their attention.

Set my accounting back for months. Not secure
Hi this program app set my business accounting back for months. It’s not secure and has fatal errors. Something as simple of placing a folder inside a folder and then a file in that folder makes it invisible on the accountant side which makes no sense at all. Seems glitchy and unreliable for what’s it’s supposed to be
