My one critique, I’d you could call it that, is that the “full” version is not. This one seems to have significantly more content 😅

I beat the game
Good game to play when you’re bored or in a ride. Also you really gotta get lucky to get good upgrades losing is part of the progress.
Ad-zilla
If you like ads then expect them every 4 minutes while playing. Just like modern mobile games ads are the currency unless you’d like to pay for no ads for life then the game has no challenge because everything is basically free. It’s such a shame this version exists when the PC version has real dynamic pacing. I’d rather pay the PC price for this game than have it full of ads. Play this to feed the money hungry mobile empires.

Not the game on steam
I don’t know what i expected when i downloaded this for free but its a very mobile game version of the original. there is a lot of grinding required to progress or you just pay to win your way to the top

I was reading through the reviews and wanted to point out areas that the game has changed for those thinking about getting 20 Minutes Till Dawn.
Personally, the gameplay is enjoyable to me and, despite what other reviews might make it sound like, they give the option to watch ads instead of just forcing it on the user.
I might have more patience than other reviewers and don’t mind watching videos to progress, but it is challenging to complete the full 20 – or 10 – minutes without watching ads. As a result, it is somewhat difficult to acquire enough points to power up the runes (runes enhance the gameplay, so you don’t need to rely so heavily on the power-ups). The ads needed to unlock some of the weapons and additional characters are boring to go through as many need anywhere from 2 ads (reasonable) to 10 (very much disheartening to sit through 10 to 20 minutes of ads), but it’s more manageable if you break up watching them in sections (a few one day and a few another day).
In addition, while there are characters and accessories that require money if you are interested using them, none of them look vital to playing the base game. It simply seems like a means for the devs to earn money. Every item in the shop at the time of writing this are rather inexpensive, only costing 99 cents. The characters that you need to pay money to use seem to have overpowered abilities despite their basic to low HP.
In conclusion, I recommend this game to those who have patience for ads if you want to get the full experience and for those who are okay with playing plenty of rounds to level up their stuff for those who despise ads.

Entertaining
It keeps me at the tips of my toes but it is temporary. Sure it’s slow at the start but it hypes up in like 3 minutes and then it… gets… SICK!!!

Fantastic game, has a small bug tho
Almost half the time after an ad ends, the music and sound effects stop playing. This can be fixed by restarting the game, but doing so rolls back your progress…
