BAD APP
Don’t get the app, it doesn’t work! You can’t make a payment on it!! I had to go online to make my payment and it used the wrong date! I should have to midnight of my due date to make my payment! Get your act together and FIX THE APP!!😡
Does not work anymore
It used to work (basic) but now it opens and freezes on the intro message. I deleted and reinstalled with same result.
Used to work
Unable to get to the point where I can enter credentials. It used to to work.
Dissatisfied
I agree it’s very old and disrespectful to ask for someone entire SSI number, this practice needs to stop!!!
The Worse
The app does not work so you can’t make your payment. You go on to the site and when you submit a payment it gives you an error meanwhile the payment actually was submitted. Customer service is the worse! No one puts in notes then they want to charge you $10 to make a payment over the phone because their system is not working. They need proper customer service training because they are so unprofessional and you can’t even get a word in to explain your situation without being talked over so your issue doesn’t really get resolved. I have this card for my business and I see me closing out this account it’s not worth it.

Anyone else having trouble logging in? Well, from the app anyway
No longer usable
Can’t even use the app any longer. The AI chat has popped up and stayed over where I would enter login credentials. It has been like this for months.
Needs Work
Super not user friendly. Recently the AI Chat pops up over where I would type in my username/password. Often resets and scrolls to the top of the page when attempting to pay off my bill. Could use a LOT of polishing.
The app
I do hope there is a big update coming to this app because it is sooo bad. And you get a star cause that’s the lowest amount I can leave
Broke It
Used to work just fine. Now the chat automatically opens so it blocks the entire interface and there is no way to close it. Also click isn’t accurate so you click the username field and it missed every time. I used to use this app to pay my bill and now it is so broke that you cannot even log-in. What a joke!

PITA
Never have seen a card services app ask for your full social security number. Plus the automated chat is terrible on this app. It used to be decent until about 6 months ago! Very bad services!

no effort put in and the online features don’t work. it’s basically the webpage with more bugs

Might as well just add the website to our phone dock.
