Has not worked since I’ve had it, all my other banking apps work flawlessly,

Worst ap I have, cannot log in, can’t change the password then log in name locked out!! Stupid!!!
unable to add debit cards for save payment

hsbc sold all their non premier accounts. even if you have had premier status. new company new login. you have to register if you want to manage your account online.
not sure if it was intentional or just forgot to enable feature to add debit cards as saved payments. not too many customers are comfortable in adding bank accounts for saved payments. i've had to temporarily do this then remove the bank account when new debit card arrived.
