Only way to file expense reports
Tough to think just a year ago we used to manually fill things out. This is hands down the best way to submit expenses. Super fast, easy and accurate. As someone who also approves expenses, there is no better tool to quickly go through all the different submissions....and at your finger tips too.
Not sure what other companies use but this can't be beat.

Easy, effective and reliable app
This app solves many challenges that I was having in the past, which including keeping track of al receipt, manual scanning, filling up excel sheet... And many more you can imagine ...
I have made a suggestion of allowing to crop photo, as you couldn't take correct photos of all type of receipts. I hope my suggestion gets listened. It deserves 5 stars with crop feature included although I have given 5 star in advance.

Great way to keep up with expenses while still traveling
Love this App!!!
This app has simplified my life. I no longer have to walk around with a ton of receipts. I can take a quick picture and enter the info on the spot. It is easy to use and saves me a lot of time!

I am impressed with the simplicity of Nexonia to use and the helpfulness of their staff whenever I have questions I get quick responses!
Life changer
Super, easy interface. Ability for expenses to order themselves in date order. Ability to create and sync multiple reports under your control. And love the feature to take a photo of expense receipt that attaches to each expense item. An amazing app. Well designed. Saves hours of my time.
Great business expenses app
I've been using the app for business expenses for a year, now, and it's a fantastic tool. Of course it's a client to a larger back-end expenses system, and not designed to be a standalone tool. I can photograph my receipts using my iPhone camera, add the expense detail, and sync with main expenses system. A really well designed interface, too.

So quick and easy - beautiful UX
This app is a delight to use. It's incredibly fast to launch and fluid to navigate. Workflow for photographing receipts and submitting expense reports is efficient. Nexonia: You nailed it.
Fantastic App!
This is simply the best expense system I have ever used. Being an employee who travels it is extremely handy to be able to submit my expenses in a timely fashion from wherever I happen to be.
Support from Neil Wainwright and his team is second to none. They are always willing to listen to ideas for improvement and the few bugs I have experienced were resolved immediately. The staff is polite, friendly and always respond in a timely fashion.
In addition to the mobile app, there is also a web browser version which can be accessed from a desktop or laptop. Everything synchs up with the click of a button.
I would recommend this app to anyone who has a mobile workforce!
