  • Great for a free game

    - No ads, decent UI/UX, ai which isn’t braindead but isn’t impossible to beat. Good overall.

    - UI issues:
    - Double tap the table to check: when skipping animations, or trying to read the size of the pot, I have fumbled check more than once. This can be fixed by adding a toggle to this control.
    - When betting, it’s very difficult to click the pot (to read it) without closing the betting menu. (has led to the above sometimes)

    Other issues:
    - The bots aren’t that great? Either I’m a genius, and have a 33% first place rate in a tournament of 18 or 27 only a month after starting to play poker, or very lucky; or the bots are not GTO, are hardcoded, and are very exploitable. My ego isn’t big enough to bet on the first hypothesis.
    - the game had two (not one, two) royal flushes within about 200 hands. I estimated the chance of this for a random set of hands to be 10^-11. Is the game rigged? Is the deck “badly shuffled”? Bayesian probability strongly indicates so; or is it the human bias towards noticing low entropy? I can’t answer for certain.

Overall, I’m having a lot of fun playing so far. Thanks for updating this great app :)

  • Poker game

Is an awesome game I’ve had it for years great to pass time and practice your poker skills …..
Ps they bluff a lot lol
  • Ridiculous calls by NPCs

I like the layout to this game and the functionality, however the calls that the NPCs make are just plain stupid. The straw that broke the camels back and made me write this review was a call against my two pair with a ten high. No1 in their right mind would call that. It makes winning completely unfulfilling. Also the amount of losses I get on the river are crazy to the realistic probability. I’ll be trying to find another app

  • Bigger buy in

You need to add a $500,000 or $1M buy in. I have won $27M and the $100K max buy in is too small.
  • It’s downloading right now!

I can’t believe it’s back! This is my favourite poker game ever. I’ve tried a few poker games since but have always missed this one! I used to play this on my ipod nearly 10 years ago! Was just having a coffee and randomly thought i’d search the app store to try and find a decent poker game and found this!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍 can’t believe it! I would happily pay for this game!

  • Program does not correctly apply ranking rules

This is to report a problem with the app applying hold ‘em card ranking rules. Specifically, it does not account for kickers in hands where both players have the same two pair.

Example: I was heads up and had KQ. My opponent had K7. We were both all in. The board came A A K 9 6. No flushes were in play. The app split the pot, even though I was the winner. Specifically, my hand was two pair, aces and kings with a queen kicker. My opponent’s hand was also aces and kings, but with only a 7 kicker. This should have resulted in a win for me, not a split pot.

    Just letting you know.

  • Easy simple and great for practise

I like it that it speeds up the process when you’re not in the hand
  • Great game to learn poker

New to poker and played only once in real life. Enjoyed it and wanted to play on my phone whilst in the tube heading somewhere or something. Randomly found this having tried several recommendations but this one is just great. Love that you get to see the other players as though it were real. Brilliant App.

Arguably my best download of 2023 so far!!

    Well done guys!

  • 25% Fun, 75% Ridiculous unrealistic Bot hands!

This app could be a lot more fun if it wasn’t for the Botched programming! Really? I guess their trying to be like Vegas House?
In real poker, u’ll never see as many 4 of a kinds, full houses, flushes,
Etc etc! Bots betting with a 2 & 5 going all in against a pair of Aces & guess who pulls a straight every time… not me! 2 Kings-forget it, they’ll pull 2 Aces🤷‍♀️With this app, the Bots get them nearly Every hand. Bots tend to kno ur hand before u do! Most of the time I’ve gotta Lose up to 10 games before I'm allowed to win that’s how bad it gets. Has potential if it’s reprogrammed in a realistic manner. Graphics are really nice, table setting & avatars are cool too. Except for the unrealistic ridiculously So called Luck the bots have? overall a very nice programmed app. Has potential to be a 5 star app! I would NOT recommend this app for someone learning or a beginner. Way too Frustrating & jaw dropping with “Bot” Plays!
Just read/see ALL the critical reviews. Or not & see for ur self.
Again, app has potential to be One of the Better poker apps available if fixed accordingly!

  • Bad Tilt

This rating is based on the single player mode, going up against AI bots. The game is great as far as a very clean interface, smooth flow, easy to read - and no ads. The bug is in the programming - whereas, in an all-in showdown, an AI opponent will beat you on the river 19 out of 20 times; regardless of how strong your starting hand is - or how weak theirs is. In one game, with all other opponents already eliminated - the lone remaining bot beat me on the river on 3 separate occasions. I had a huge chip lead - he was all-in on each of these occasions with 2-4 unsuited, ultimately pulling a back door straight; including the last one that took me out. These are not just random bad beats ; it needs to be fixed. It’s totally unrealistic. It wasn’t always like this; and perhaps it’s only the room I’m in (Paris). When I first started I quickly progressed through the lower level rooms; and even in Paris I was winning my fair share - for some reason though, at some point it just tilts this way - and once it does - there’s nothing you can do. It’s pointless.
