Fantastic toy and tool
This synth piano has very good sound, very low latency and a very clean, powerful interface. The metronome itself is worth the 2 bucks. You could pay $30 bucks for a stand alone metronome at the music store and it would not be this good. I think the piano sounds are at least as good as Quicktime's possibly better. It's sound is better than the piano sounds that ship with many expensive music creation programs. It even lets you delete the demos!!! sweet. The record feature is excellent for getting ideas down while away from any kind of recording device. I would like it to have a couple of other piano sounds (electric, midi-layered, clav, etc.) You cannot spend $2.00 better.Show lessmarkmurdock
Very Clever
I am an experienced classical player and still it is very difficult to fault this brilliant idea. In order to get such a good app on a PC I thought I would have to pay about £20 at least! When I saw the price I downloaded it immediately.Globbed

Cannot play any proper songs! (Don't buy yet!)
Only a few keys at a time are displayed. There needs to be a way to use multiple sections of the piano keyboard at the same time to do multiple hands. Or to play any song with a variation of notes it is not possible. It needs to have a better user interface on pressing the keys so normal songs can be played. Even the demo songs provided cannot be played as the keys cannot be accessed at the same time to play the piano. If this gets sorted then it might be worth buying. Sounds ok, hey it's a piano! and the keys animate when pressed. There's a recording function.. And you can select any part of the 88 keys.. And not much more. From the time I've brought this to the time i write this review, there has not been any updates.. Nothing.
I can't recommend this app because i haven't enjoyed using it.

Good app. Needs scales
Good app . Would be great if it had similar features to guitar tool kit.
Eg showing different scale patterns etc.

What a steal
This is a great app.I bought it when it was 6 bucks. Now it's at 2 bucks . Your gonna waste 2 bucks at mcdondals . Just buy this app . It has better long term vaule than a double cheese burger!iRamen

What a great little app!
Of course you don't have full size keys etc. However, for what it is, it works.
A nice addition would be auto keyboard scrolling when you're within 2 keys of the edge. Otherwise, another well written app.
