Great App!
I've had this app for a couple years now and love it. For one thing the tech support is very helpful. When I have a problem they always help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. This app does a great job managing my lists. I used the list templates like the grocery list and the book list and I've also created my own lists. It also allows me to backup the databases via email or by copying the backup to my laptop hard drive. I think it's the best list software for the Apple devices.

List Making and more
I have bought more list and todo apps than I care to admit. The App Store has 'buy and try' rather perfected and I was looking for something that worked well for me. This is it. I am extremely impressed and I have quite a large sample size to compare this to. Some apps are very plain, some are clearly for the visually oriented with lots of color and tags going on. Some are too busy, some are not configurable enough, and so on. This one manages to please and not irritate on all fronts. It allowed me to delete at least 4 other apps because I kept using different apps for different sorts of note taking, list making, to do scheduling, etc. The creator)s) of this app have very logical progressional thinking and a great user interface person because it shines through on this app. It is very professionally done and not something a programmer slapped together and then got bored with. I was very hesitant to spend even more $$$ on another app but the perfect app feels so good, I was willing to risk the money. I am very very glad I did. And I am happy to pay for a good app because I want the developer to continue to improve it although right now I am not sure what that would be for this app. When (and if) I do, I will be back to add that.

Very useful and great customer service
Apps come and go from the first page on my iPhone, but List Omni is one of the apps that is there to stay. I love its flexibility and usefulness. Anytime I've had an issue with the app, their support is right on top of the situation and great about keeping the customer up to speed. The list generator beta using Google apps needs some smoothing out, but with a little help from Ben with List Omni support, I got it working. For long lists (like music or movie catalogs) I would definitely recommend it. Keep up the good work, Ontomni!

Worst app list:
This is the worst app I have ever purchased. I have contacted the suport team and nothing. There is no push notifications for the to do lists. I should have stayed with using the free ones at least you get some kind of notifications. I just thought the more lists you get for the money the better, but they didnt even try to get one of the lists right. I would love to just say give me my money back, but I know I wouldn't get it so now im out $7 and I still need a To do list, and Grocery list. So I'm really going to be out more in the long run.
Thank you app maker for not trying and putting the biggest price on it you could think of. Thanks for not having a lite version so I could test what I was purchasing. And Thanks for not caring and just ignoring my atempts to see if something was just wrong, and you are working on to fix it.

Easily worth a thousand dollars
I used various Palm smart phones from the 90's until early 2010 when I switched to the I-Phone. Without the many apps, I-Phone wd have little value to me. In the brief time that I've had it, I've bought sev apps that were very good (& wasted a few dollars on others). However, in quality of software & versatility & user's manual & intuitivity &, no doubt, the skill, conscientiousness, & ETHICS of the producer's management, this app blows all others out of the water. It has zillions of uses - from lazy bums to people that make the world's economy work. To say it's worth a thousand dollars is an understatement.

Just what I needed
I purchased this mainly for the grocery list (you can get just the grocery list) but also wanted to be able to keep track of gifts to buy, other shopping lists, packing lists for camping and trips for the kids. So far it is just what I was looking for. Very customizable, many options and settings. I haven't tried out all the options I need yet but have looked through the app to make sure everything I need to do is there. I know I will use this app on a daily basis!

Best app ever
I live by my lists, and this application is fantastic. I have bought shopping lists in the past, but this is great for all types of lists. I was impressed that I can customise everything, even the spelling of 'litres', which came up as 'liters' (US spelling I suppose). I was able to create lists for my craft supplies and create categories for what I 'own' and what I want to 'buy'. In the card list I could add an action to say that I need to 'make' a card. This app is so tailorable to suit your own needs, and is easy to learn how to use. They even provide a comprehensive manual so you can look up how to do things if you are not sure. I am now going to use the import feature to get my existing lists off my PC and onto my iPod Touch!

Better than I had hoped!
This app make organizing your life a breeze. I love the fact that you can edit and add to their controlled vocabularies, and that the app retains this info. For example, if you want to add an extra genre of music, a new section of the grocery store, or even a new grocery item, its super simple.
By far the best list and grocery app
Having tried a number of list-making apps, including well-reviewed paid apps such as Shopper, I completely recommend Ontomni.
I use it every day, running individual lists for everything from education goals to grocery lists to party planning, and could hardly be happier with its features and performance.
The developers are responsive, with extra features mentioned by other reviewers already incorporated. Despite being a relativfly high-priced app, the value for money Ontomni offers is staggering. Worth every cent!
