Used to be ole faithful!
After no telling how many years, more than 6-7 I have over and over came back to this app for some my most important info and data, even though multiple phones and the app being automatically offloaded etc; this always would work and pull up all my saved stuff. Until today when reinstalling the app I wondered why it seemed as if I never had it installed to being with, only for me to find out the original app I had been using, while made by same developers, was completely changed and then renamed and branded as this app. While the name of the app I used was “my eyes only”… I now have a useless app if none of my stored data, and only functions to tell me to pay for the subscription to make account etc.
why would I EVER again trust this to be reliable when it lost and failed me only to just demand money… do not recommend!!! And DO NOT TRUST!!!

Lost all my passwords
On the last software update I lost all my passwords. I contacted them but they were unable to help.
Good app
I have use this app for years, including when you didn’t have to pay yearly for subscription. I hate paying for the subscription, but it seems like everybody does that now. I just got an iPhone 14 and apparently you cannot use face ID to unlock the app. With my old iPhone SE, I can at least use my thumb print. It seems odd that I actually have to type in a password into an app that helps me not have to type in passwords…
Still a great app and I will stay with it. Maybe they will fix the problem.

Poor Service
I was happy with My Eyes Only app. It was switched to ID Lock. I paid for service but it didn’t transfer over to new app. Over a 2 month period I emailed “help” desk. Very unclear and I still don’t have an answer on where my $ went. It doesn’t sync. I didn’t ask to change, it wasn’t a choice. Did some research and there are a lot of products that do the same thing better with service people who actually help you. Do some research before getting involved with this company

Response from developer
Hi, We are happy to provide you the steps you need to get back to MEO. Please contact us at support@softwareops.com
New update screws you.
I have had this app over 5 years and I have already paid for it. I don’t need or want the cloud backup. The new update is now forcing you to buy a subscription. It’s a typical bait and switch money grab by the developer. The new upgrade makes this useless to me now. Ethically I don’t know how you charge someone for something and then after years of data input require more payment for functions not wanted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVELOPER THEY WILL UNDOUBTEDLY FIND A WAY TO MILK YOU OF MORE MONEY DOWN THE ROAD.

Hi, The new app is, well new, and has been designed to work for the next ten years. We do think we should be paid for our efforts, thus a subscription model, that we've had in place for over 10 years.
Keeps crashing
No matter how many times I update the app it keeps crashing. Please fix this!
This app lost my passwords
I updated the app - it went into an endless spiral of death waiting for the update and i was unable to retrieve my passwords. I did use the app for a few yrs and this truly was extremely disappointing
Best Password App Ever
Easy to use and has many options for everything from computer logins, medications and passwords. The Sync function allows you to use across many devices which is awesome for someone on the go. Had this app for years when it was called “My Eyes Only” and has only gotten better and better. Best customer service ever. Only two small issues in all the years and they both were fixed same day! I highly recommend this app.

Awesome
Enjoy lot.
Avoid - unscrupulous
You get to keep it on your phone long enough to get all your passwords entered then they force you to sync all of your passwords to their cloud where even Steve Jobs said all clouds can be hacked. I don’t know about you but I can’t take the risk.
