TRUST BREAKER
Been with this App for 9 years - happily backing up to computer then remote drive. Then they change to subscription only by LOCKING APP FROM ADDING DATA after my last update. SO NOW IT WONT ACCEPT NEW PASSWORDS & I don’t want data on a remote server!!!
This is breaking our original agreement. Happy enough to pay for occasional update but now Joe Michels tells me I can’t export from ID Lock and can only print if I buy a subscription. Which means sitting my data in someone else’s computer first. (remember CLOUD is euphemism for SOMEONE ELSES HARD DRIVE !)

No longer any good.
This app used to be the best but now it requires a subscription and cloud syncing to use it. I would have happily paid for the continued use of the app as it was but not with the new requirements. Sadly deleting it after many years of use.
Scam - basic features no longer work
Worked great until the recent upgrade. Now they require a paid upgrade to use features that use to work (for the last 5 years). I originally paid for the app, and now they want me to pay again to keep features working.
Overpriced
Over $30 to add additional items. What a rip off. I have had this app for a number of years and have never felt I had to backup my information to a third party, I already backup my iPhone on a regular basis. But this latest release is clearly trying to force existing users onto their subscription service.
Too many “developers” are offering a basic free package, and than try to entice you with additional features for a small fee.
So now I will try to find alternative or revert to pen & paper, at least that’s free.

One great app
I’m so happy to know. That I can find my passwords in a snap when needed.
Adding items
I can create a custom category but then cannot add items to this category????? Would give it 5 stars if this problem was resolved.

Terrible Update & Treatment of Loyal Users
I was a happy and loyal user of My Eyes Only Classic, then they sneakily ‘updated’ it a few weeks ago changing its name and now making it “Try-Before-You-Buy”, which has completely destroyed the old app meaning I can no longer add any extra items ruining its usefulness.
I would be very cautious to signing up to anything with you guys especially after you also previously downgraded your app by removing local sync.
Time for me to use another Password App where they actually improve their products, rather than deliberately wreck them stinging you into a costly subscription. Terrible treatment of loyal users!

Best Security App
I have tried many other Apps to store all of my passwords for my my sites, credit card info, travel docs and this one is one of the best. All of the data is there even after an iPhone reset as long as you regularly transfer your purchases to the cloud or your computer. Fantastic app!
One of my favourite apps
With all the user's name, pin #s, and passwords to remember, this app makes life so much easier.
Terrible Flaw; Can't Recommend
I've used it for years, but can no longer recommend it, users should use their own judgement. 1. My data is backed up to the their servers and there's no option to export it or save it on my own computer; so I will never be able to move it to another program if I want to stop using this one. In the past, the software allowed users to save their data on their own computer or another device. They changed it without warning by issuing an "update" and not explaining that users would no longer have access to their own data; presumably to hold your data hostage in order to discourage you from changing to another program. 2. I contacted them several times and they weren't helpful. I felt they don't want to admit it was done on purpose in order to keep customers who would rather use a newer, more secure, and more flexible program.
