Crashes & no App support
When it worked it was great, but don't like paying for an app that crashes and then get Server Error when you go to their support page.
Needs a revision
I agree completely with a complaint lodged by previous reviewers. The elimination of decimal results was a truly brain dead move. Providing answers in feet and inches or pints and cups has its applications but to anyone wanting to use the answers in calculations it's extremely frustrating. I have no doubt that a future revision will allow the user to select the display mode. I recommend that all users agreeing with me make their views known to the provider. Squeaking wheels get the grease.

Love the app when it works
Grate app but crashes
Excellent
For both work (architect) and travel, I couldn't do without it.
Add Light Conversion
OK it would be nice if the app would also conver Lumes to watts for help comparing LED, incandescent, Fluorescent. When you are shopping it would be nice to be able to compare bulds, and if wanted a certain amount of Lumes with mutiple bulds it could help with conversion....etc.
Pretty simple but a big help when you or you wife is Home Depot trying to pick out bulbs.

Converter 2.7.0 has a bug on iPhone 3G and second-generation iPod touch devices that causes it to crash shortly after launching. As a rule of thumb, if your device shows the multitasking panel when you press the home button twice, it will not crash.
The crash occurs during currency updating, so Converter will not crash if you switch your device to Airplane Mode before launching it.
The bug didn't appear in our development buildsβit only occurs in "optimized" release builds, and only on older devices with ARMv6 chips. Due to a defect in our pre-release testing procedures, we tested a development build on the iPhone 3G instead of the release build we ended up shipping to the App Store.
I apologize for the oversight. We've corrected our procedures so we can more easily test release builds. A fix is included in Converter 2.7.1, which is currently waiting for review by Apple.

Latest update fixed my problems
A longstanding bug with specific currency conversions has been fixed. This app has a clean, intuitive interface, and functions as promised. It is my go to app for unit and currency conversion, and I highly recommend it!
Good... But with flaws
It's great for converting simple everyday things, but it cannot convert detailed weights in some units e.g. pounds.
It has a tendency to crash fairly regularly. I live in the UK and for some reason will not update it's currency rates, which is extremely annoying.
An update to fix some of these things would be great, especially since this is not a free app.

Pretty good
So far the only flaw I've found is I can't enter the inches with my feet. I'm a trucker & like to no the height of over passes in feet & meters, so getting the inches is important.
