Good app, does what it says, as for currency it works for me but I have currency app and I think this app takes rate from there. This app has been invaluable to me!!
Was great while it worked
When I first installed this app on my itouch I thought it was great. Then I did an update and it stopped working. I like it better than any of the other ones because I don't have to put my glasses on to see it. I used it a lot for everyday stuff. I really want it back.

Overall a good app. One advantage is its simplicity by sticking to commonly-used weights and measures as opposed to catering for the obscure. This app could take a huge leap forward (and trump competitors) by adding feet/inches, stones/pounds, pounds/ounces, miles/yards and other everyday imperial subdivisions. Converting the height of someone 180 cm tall into 5.9 feet doesn't help - 5 foot 11 inches is the height we actually want to know. Achieve this, and you'll be heading for five stars!

Converter app does precisely what the developer claims. The interface is clear and clean. The buttons are large, the results are quick and accurate. This app made it to my first screen because it's so easy to use.
Folks turn to an app of this type because they're reading or doing something else & realize the need to convert one unit type to another. At this point the user wants an app they can get into, and out of, quickly and with the right answer. Period. This app allows exactly that and so earned first screen position on my iPhone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent product
Excellent application. Clean screen. The conversion units you last used remain when you return to them, making regular conversions quick. There is a straight-forward calculator for entering the unit to be converted, which is useful and easy to use. Currency conversion seems to work fine. I have rated it 4 stars because it is rather US based and so the only imperial UK volume unit is the imperial gallon. However there is a standard 1.2x volume conversion between US and imperial measures, one place where the calculator is useful. It would be nice to be able to add units of conversion yourself.

I am a Englishman with an American wife - There are so many things to convert - cooking, weights, temperature etc. If only you had one more bit that translates cookies into biscuits etc! Easy to recommend.
