Sudden lack of Server Support Disappointing
Have been using this app for YEARS without issue, then in the last few days Windows Server 2016 has stopped connecting... MS RDP app still works perfectly fine, fantastic app till this stopped working
Simply works!
Downloaded App, entered IP address of Client PC (Win 10 x64) and connected. No need to install any client software, very clean and simple but still has all the advanced options I need! Well done.
Lost Right Click
Upgraded from an older version but now I've lost right-click functionality for my PCs, which used to work before. I'm using the paid version. Customer support wouldn't investigate citing unsupported OS on remote PCs. Not sure if others have had this same issue? This used to be a good product but now I'll have to look for another. Would give 0 stars if possible but have to give a minimum of 1. Poor update and support.

Absolutely Fantastic
I use this application at home and at work. I either use it to access my home server, or use it to manage New Jersey Transit's comms network or some other crazy system. It always keeps up with what I need and never falters. Very well thought out and exactly what I needed.

Used to work great but now it crashes on every remote attemp to any machine. Please fix!!
OK but...
I have used this app since 2010. I've seen it through some good and bad times. It used to be updated more frequently. Now it seems developers are neglecting the app.
I'm not saying it doesn't work, but it has been 7 months since iPhone 6 and 6plus came out and we still don't have native resolution support. Can you please add this?

Makes my Ipad useful
Breaks you out of iPad prison. It worked flawlessly from the start and only burped once with an upgrade. Then they fixed it and it has worked great since. Great product. Can't do without it!
Great app
This works great for me - both on my local network and across the Internet (note: to reach a machine behind a router from the Internet, you'll need to forward the port on the router). I'm connecting to a Windows 8 machines ine fine, but only to the desktop (I use Start8 to get back the Win 7 start menu). I haven't tried accessing the Metro menus remotely.
I recommend trying the free version first to be sure it works for you, but the upgrade version is well worth the price.
Later - also works on my new iPad Air 2 once I deleted the app and reinstalled it - before reinstalling it, it crashed on opening - I had restored my new iPad from an earlier iTunes backup. My only complaint is that the app doesn't work with a bluetooth keyboard. If you have a bluetooth keyboard connected, the app's keyboard icon won't pull up the on-screen keyboard but it doesn't accept the bluetooth keyboard input either. Have to disconnect the bluetooth keyboard to get the on-screen one.
