I don't hate this!
I finally went and re-installed and I redownloaded the purchases for free!!!
Nuclear Nova Software, I found that game crashes are not COMPLETELY fixed... there are still occasional crashes from time to time. Also, keep an eye on Beauregard Country Club; at the end of the course, I once experienced a bug after finishing it and the game froze for a minute and..., guess what? I found myself back at Hole 1, AUTOMATICALLY! It was weird.
There is a mistake you made for the new course, "Short Shot." In the store, it is titled as "Longshot." Which is it? I am confused!
I suggest that you add weather effects to the game:
Ideas:
Rain: The ball rolls less.
Sunny: Normal effects.
Cloudy: Higher chance for stronger winds.
Stormy: The ball rolls even less.
Snowy: The ball rolls more.
Foggy: Harder to see surroundings.
Drizzle: The ball rolls a bit less.
Severe storms: Very windy, the ball rolls very little.
Blizzard: Moderately windy, the ball rolls a lot more.
Sandstorm: Very hard to see surroundings, the ball gets buried in bunkers, the ball is hard to hit on all terrains.
I would love to see weather effects!

Great time passer
How about paying 1$ for an extra course.
Not deluxe
Why not let the people who have supported this game have a cheap upgrade to the deluxe version instead of making us buy the whole game again.
mediocre golf app
Ever play a golf course where they planted a whole bunch of trees in the middle of the fairway? How about greens on hillsides so steep, the hardest whack with a putter barely moves the ball uphill? Or how's about course layouts that make the local miniature golf outlet look more realistic? Nope - this app is nothing like the real thing, but it is a fun way to kill some time when there's nothing else to do. I thought buying the course expansion pack would improve things, but no - more of the same bozo courses. Shame - since it would be so easy to put real PGA course layouts in and still keep it challenging.

DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, WHAT SO EVER
I bought this app, because I had played the lite version on my computer (not app). For 4.99, I was so ready to play it, but because on the damned people at Nuclear Nova Software, it won't work. In the applications section of itunes it shows that it is there. I tried to sync it but all it wanted to do is not sync it. On devices section in the application section of it, it says that it is there. So I tried to sync it and it starting syncing it, but then it unmarked it. I tired too sync it again and it did not work.
So to sum it all up, DO NOT BUY THIS APP IT IS A TOTAL WASTE. YOU WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Bogey Price won't make the cut
The reason I'm giving this 1 star is based on price vs performance and the competition. Having said that this is a reasonable golf game with a good physics engine but it has very dated graphics & is seriously overshadowed now by Gamelofts popular - Lets Golf (which is cheaper at $2.49) & EA's spectacular - Tiger Woods (same price) The free version of GL Golf is worth checking out but at $5.99 the full version is way overpriced. I got this on special for $1.19 and I think this game is alright for this price but not worth more. I'd give it 2-3 stars at $1.19. This is not the worst golf game on the iPhone, but in view of the strong competition this won't make the cut.

Great game, not necessarily worth the money
If you are debating whether or not to get this game, the first thing you should take note of is the graphics. They are defineitly not the best. Gameplay is good, but it is not always fun to replay the 6 courses over and over. It is also difficult to first start. A tutorial should fix that. I think this is an OK game, but with better graphics and a more intruiging environment like Let's Golf! should make this game a four or five star app. I would not reccommend buying this app for $5, because the controls are pretty easy and there is nothing but courses to just play, with no challenge or anything.

Great game, so addictve, graphics are good except for the trees. Overall a fantastic game
Solid Golf Game with excellent replay
GL Golf is an excellent golf game and a steal at 99 cents right now. Pretty good 3D rendering of the courses including flyovers. The game offers 6 different courses lending to considerable replay value. It is challenging enough to where it's not boring but not so challenging that it is frustrating. Only drawbacks are that there is no actual golfer holding the club (it's just a floating club in the air) and it can be a little difficult to tell where you are aiming. Overall it's a great game for both serious and casual golf fans, and the game is simple enough for beginners to pick up and play immediately.

Simple interface that affords plenty of control over your shot. Rewards good shots, punishes bad ones just like real golf should. Lots of courses and more on the way, so this game is
never "finished". Internet scoring means you always have something better to shoot for.
People on here complaining are either terrible at the game or just gave up after 5 minutes.... Pay them no mind.
This game is extremely addictive and the creator continually works to improve it. If you like the free version don't hesitate to upgrade, this is the only app I've paid for and it was worth every penny.
