I've been looking for an app that streams Internet FM radio for a while. Tried over a dozen or so apps and none worked for 102.1 The Edge.
Finally fstream does it and does it SIMPLY!!!

Great little app
Wonderful little app for playing Internet radio streams. When selecting a station from the main page I would prefer the app went to a "Station/track Information" page with the option to go back to the main menu from that screen, rather than try to slowly scroll the station details, track info etc across the top of the screen. So from my perspective I have given this app 4 stars, it's almost perfect!

Finally an app that plays OGG streams!
It does exactly what I need. It plays OGG streams and lets the user arbitrarily add stream URL's to their favourites. Works great with Backgrounder too.
The Best Net Radio App for iPhone
FStream is an awesome player on Mac and now on iPhone! Finally an iPhone app that does proper HE-AACv2 decoding. With the latest update all formats now play flawlessly. FStream plays mp3, AAC+v2 (HE-AAC), Ogg and wma streams with crystal clear sound. FStream shows song information when available.
After the latest update:
1) FStream now continues playing when you hit the sleep button.
2) No longer has buffering problems with HE-AAC streams. Sound quality is superb. HE-AACv2 streams with parametric stereo play in stereo, unlike other apps like Tuner or StreamitALL that fail to decode the extended attributes of HE-AAC.
3) Ogg streams are now clear and sound great.
32k HE-AACv2 stereo streams are ideal for listening with EDGE connections. FStream plays them flawlessly
Interface improvements that would be welcome:
1) Directory access with search to something big like the Shoutcast directory would be cool.
2) Some form of level display would be nice.
FStream is off to an excellent start on iPhone with best in class sound quality and the widest range of stream formats decoding and it's free! My iPhone also has Tuner, VisuaRadio, StreamItAll and FlyCast on it. None of them can touch FStream for sound quality.

It does play wma and asx feeds. And it does it amazingly well!!
Nuff respect to the makers. You made a Dj very happy. Works with all the streaming radio stations from the Caribbean.

This is fantastic. I've now got all my favourite stations on my phone (including ASX type which is unavailable on the other programs). What else can I say? If you want internet radio for free, get it while its hot.
EDIT: Oh no... when the iphone locks, so does the program... is there any way to have this fixed APPART from turning off autolock?
