  • Historically good app, buggy recently

Have used this app for almost 10 years and found it to be reliable until recently. I also had the disappearing tasks issue which was fortunately easily resolved with a force sync from the website However I was disturbed that the app disappeared from the App Store for several days with no messages to existing users. Bit of a panic there. And now the app has some glitches that I’d like to see fixed soon - ie task priority is no longer visible on the All Tasks or HotList view, which is just weird. I really don’t want to have to find a replacement - I love Toodledo!

  • What have you done to this!?!

I have been a devoted user since this product came out. I have my entire work and personal life in it. This new release flat out does not work. It loads the first time, then freezes up, then never loads again. I realize the company has had internal tumult in the last year or so, but how could you put an app out there that simple does not work? Also, your updated screen shots look like you simply don't care about it. The online version seems to work fine, as does my iPhone. However, the iPad version is DOA.

  • Finally an update! Getting back to normal

Been using for a long time (years). Very satisfied until recently. At one point in the last few weeks thought I would have to switch completely. So many bugs and layout was messed up. Was only able to use online. And I was worried when it wasn’t available in App Store. But the updates are helping and things are looking back to normal. Very thankful

  • App deleted my entire Life

I’ve used this app for years and was very happy. Not anymore! Apparently the app’s recent update (automatic backup from apple) deleted ALL my information-every list, every task-EVERYTHING. NO WARNING. NO WAY TO UNDO THIS. Antiquated Sync system because this developer doesn’t want to play with the major players, obviously. I’ll survive and rebuild my lists, but I’ll do it without this sorry excuse for an organizational app. Now instead of recommending this to everyone (as I previously had) I will make sure everyone I know stays away from this one. Did you actually pay someone to develop that update??? I’m sure I’m not the only person angry about this today.

  • Latest update a step backwards!

This has been my most important app for many years and it was working just fine before the latest update. Now the sub tasks do not show up inline properly (although they do on the website; just not in the iOS versions). Also, even though I select that completed tasks be hidden they are showing up.

I have used this app for years and always gave it 5 stars but now must give it two stars until they get the bugs worked out.

Developers need to learn to leave well enough alone! I hope they fix the issues soon. This is not the most graphically pleasing to do app but when working properly it is by far the most efficient and logical.

  • Yay! A new major release

This is the best app for GTD users (I’ve tried most of the others). So glad the new developers have released this update. If you are already a user and your tasks are missing after updating, just force a sync from the server to your device. This will restore your tasks.
  • Still on the top!

I know it's old and not "flashy", but this is still the best ToDo app out there (yes, even 3 years after its last update)! I've installed a dozen others, (even one $$ yesterday), and this one (with its web interface and numerous integrations) is still the BEST. IKR?!? It's unbelievable. The combination of functionality and ease of use is GENIUS!

I have used this app for at least a decade (despite my penchant for always trying to find something newer/better!) and I will be a lifetime subscriber - I know there are other long-time fans, too - please keep the service running.

  • Works wonderfully for me

The To Do List is simple, with Tags that are easy to use and that help me plan for each area of my life. I also use the Context for separating things I need to do at home when the weather is bad, or good, or things I need to drive to. I don’t use Location or Folders, although I could see how some people would. And I use this only for my To Do list, since Apple Notes has turned in to a great note app, and I think the rest of the app (like Habits) is still ‘beta’. I explored Todoist and Reminders recently, and Toodledo is still far better for me.

  • ADHD’s salvation

Have had this app (free version) for 8 or 10 years. It works when I use it - no surprise there. The key is to use the features - both “Folders” and “priority”. I only make things I think I can get done this week “Top Priority “ Otherwise I would be overwhelmed. I’m ready to upgrade to the subscription level as it will be nice to keep track of the finished tasks which disappear after a week on the free version.

  • MGH

I have used this app since my first iPhone and every upgraded iPhone since. I love how easy it is to use and that it is backed up and all my Apple devices have access to my to-do list. Whenever I upgrade an iphone it’s the first app I check to see it has transferred over successfully. It’s one of those apps that reduces stress and keeps me on track. I would be lost without it.
