  • Mostly does what I’m looking for

Just downloaded and loaded in a number of tasks and habits, and already I feel my stress level lowering. Looks like it will be a great app for both habit tracking and for getting organized. I LOVE that the app prioritizes beyond “low, medium, high” and makes a hotlist. The UI feels 10 years old and the app occasionally crashes while making edits, but that doesn’t bother me so much if it keeps me organized.

    Reasons for lower stars:
    - I think most folks will dislike the UI and get frustrated with the crashing
    - I just paid for a one year subscription and then soon after realized this app has not been updated since August 2018, 6 months ago. Hoping I didn’t invest in tech that has been abandoned/is unsupported.
    - would really like habits and tasks to merge in hotlist (for day of) to keep the day’s habits visible mixed with the day’s tasks
    - would LOVE if Toodledo could see how busy each day was based on my calendar and prioritize around busy days (if I have a lower level task due on Friday, and Thursday is going to be busy, make the task more urgent on Wednesday)

Overall, great concept. Hope it keeps being supported especially since I’ve already invested in it for a year.

  • Also a long time user

Toodledo has been my “go to” scheduling app for several years. It is easy to use and to customize. Most of all, it makes intuitive sense of organizing my time and things to do. Its versatility is only limited by your imagination. I run it on my iphone, Apple watch and PC online. Morning emails with my “hotlist” is handy. I’ve tried others just to see, but Toodledo is tops in my book!

  • Inadequate password

Only a 4 digit pin, totally inadequate security these days. Worse, being a simple app multiple password failures do not lock the app so cracking the password is simple.

I think I’ve downloaded just about every memo app in the store by now without finding a properly engineered one. The only app that did work, that could sync, protect by database, folder, even individual memo is gone from the store. It allows import, export and had executables for every OS platform, but nothing on the App Store exists to replace it, probably because it has been abandoned and no longer runs on IOS past version 11. Fortunately, it does still work on any version of OS-X, Windows or Linux or I would have lost access to many thousands of important memos.

  • Long time on Short list

I’ve used Toodledo for years. It has long been on my short list for must-have apps. It took me a while to spend time learning all it offers and how to use it well. That is my problem.

As I explored and used features it has become more and more important to my personal and my business life.

The single greatest benefit is that using Toodledo keeps an area of stress totally relaxed. Even if I don’t check in or even if I pass over a task it is always there. Sometimes it is something I need to do but don’t want to give it a high priority. Fine, put it out a week or a month or a year. Toodledo remembers.

  • Long term user

As every other morning, I woke up to an alarm from Toodledo reminding me to perform a task I had scheduled, as I did the task I realized how useful this app is for me. I’m not very teck savy but I’m able to navigate effortlesly. I use the list option to record favorite restaurants or new ones I’d like to visit, same with books I’d like to read, Movies, grocery list and even my bucket list. I use this list to set up tasks and reminders to keep me on track. Recently I started using the HABITS DASHBOARD to keep track of my activities in hope to start an excercise routine to help me lower weight, blood pressure and cholesterol, again I set a task to remind me every day and IT WORKS ! Tasks is the heart of the app, but the flow is on the Notes, Lists, Outlines and Habits tabs. I highly recommend TOODLEDO, I’ve never used support team because the app is friendly and easy to follow. Best to you all.

  • I’ve tried a lot of apps and I’m so in love

I keep waiting for this app to have a major shortcoming but it seems like you guys thought of everything. I’m a freelancer going through a major organization overhaul and I’m used to keeping all of my tasks in a million places. I love how involved and yet intuitive this app is. You have to dedicate yourself to keeping it updated and put the initial investment into how you want it set up, but once you do have it customized it’s great. And I can start putting my notes, shopping lists, etc. in there too. If you’re looking for something that can help you track your workdays this is it. It is less of a micro detail-based project app and more of an overarching task app, organizing your projects into to-do lists with secondary notes if you want

  • Great Tool for Tasks

Very organized and intuitive. A me to easily set it up for my preferences. Syncs across devices and also has internet access if needed for your Windows or Mac computer. Can make a reminder (I usually “dictate” these with the microphone) and it will sync, make it into a task in Toodledo and then delete the iOS Reminder for me (my setting). All in all, the best To Do list app I have ever used.

  • Finding new uses

I've used this app for years to manage my recurring daily and other periodic tasks. I just started using it to manage the tasks associated with completing tax returns for my clients. By using tags and notes, which I don't typically need for personal tasks, I was able to better manage my very dynamic work environment and client interaction. A Must Have for me is the web interface. I use this at my tax office which has Windows computers. I can open the web interface in another browser window and manage Toodledo data without requiring my iPhone or iPad

  • Worthless, for me

Maybe I just don’t understand how to use this properly, but this app is terrible and a useless waste of money for me. I come from Informant, where I synced google calendar and tasks from toodledo, but was unwilling to pay a subscription fee to continue using it. I have perhaps 10 tasks each day, one or two new ones, and a few longer term tasks/reminders that I complete as I’m able. At the end of each day I’d select the unfinished tasks and change their due date to tomorrow. In this toodledo app I can find no way to do this easily. I’d need to select each task, one by one, and pick it’s updated due date by hand, each task individually. If I switch to using stars for those tasks and filter my task to those with stars and those due today, I find there’s no option for “those due today”, you have to pick a particular date, so would need to change the filter daily. I just don’t see a way to make this work as a useful task list where a single glance can show you your to-do list.

  • 0 out of 5 Worst App Ever!!!

I had this app for a while and never really used it. I linked it up to my Google calendar and whenever I would put a new event into my calendar it would duplicate it 10 times at random different times. It continuously does this same thing for every event or reminder. I tried and tried to find a resolution to this. Nobody within the company would reply to me, so I finally decided to delete my account with them. After deleting my account I thought my problem would be fixed, but it did not stop. I still continuously get duplicated reminders and my Google calendar is now worthless bc of this piece of trash app!
