I take pride in playing this pac man game. Stop!! Dropping my screen!!
Whatever you call them but the game playing is awful. The screen drops when you’re playing and winning. It takes my pac man to where I don’t want it to go. I will not pay for extra pac man because it’s not worth it. The game is rigged . Someone is controlling the game too make sure I don’t win. It’s pathetic how this game is rigged. When I eat a ghost my pac man goes in different directions than I want it to go. I’m a pac man queen. I’ve been playing since I was a teenager and I’ve never played a sorry rigged game like this one. The screen drops entirely too much and very often. Please please fix what’s going on with this game. When my screen drops I can’t see anything on how to play. Then the ghosts eat me and gets me out. No game should be somewhere and someone is cheating behind the scenes and that’s not fair. The screen drops all the time while playing and that gets you out. Whoever is cheating makes sure we doesn’t win. This game supposed to be good excellence in pac man. I haven’t won a single game yet. Someone is cheating. Who is behind this game??? I want to press a button on my phone and waste five minutes with a classic arcade game. Instead, I waste five minutes looking at this still image of a goofy cartoon with an expanding bar covering my screen.
As Wintergarten always says, ‘delete, delete, delete!’. Delete the loading screen. Delete the levels. Delete the artwork. Let us just play Pac-Man from our neat miniature computers. Stop getting attached to your decisions if all they've done is turned me off from the game.
I am honestly considering compiling a generic Pac-Man clone into a TestFlight project. Which I will do if and only if I have a Mac. That's the only thing stopping me.Show lessJackoThePokémaster

So, when I first saw this game, I was like ‘I haven’t gotten the chance to play Pac-Man in the arcade before, so this should be great!’
As soon as I downloaded the game… well, it isn’t really Pac-Man…
Now, I get it - they had to make all these silly extra things so kids would download the game. But as someone young myself, I can confirm that it definitely doesn’t make the game better, or more attractive. The skins, arcade tables, different modes… they all feel so out of place. But what really annoys me is that this game is described as ‘retro’ and ‘classic’.
THIS GAME IS NOT RETRO AND NOT CLASSIC!
So, now I guess I’m browsing the App Store for an actual retro and classic Pac-Man game…
This is how you could make your game better:
-REMOVE EVERYTHING EXTRA TO ORIGINAL PAC-MAN
-Keep the classic mode
-Make classic mode better
I do get it though - this game has already gone down a certain route and undoing everything won’t really help as the people who do enjoy weird, modernised retro games may stop enjoying this.
So here are some ways to make your game better, without undoing everything:
-Level Editor
-Pac-Man paint game (like those paint the maze games)
-Pac-Man maker (make a custom Pac-Man, pixel by pixel)

As a 14 year old Pac-Man fan I can certainly say this version did not disappoint. However there are (I think) bugs that have yet to be fixed despite the most recent update. Classic mode is my favorite mode, however, whenever I get to the screen to get more lives using coins gems or wasting seconds of your life you will never get back by watching an add. If I get to that screen enough, if I still have coins I will get another life. All of a sudden the button doesn’t work anymore. It says “unexpected error!” and the loading symbol pops up even though it does not load. I am forced to exit the app completely and go back into it to exit the screen. It always sends me back to that screen though, and I learned the hard way that clicking the same button again repeats the same action. I have one more issue where the button’s suddenly stop working and I am stuck on a specific screen. I am a diehard Pac-Man fan though and if the game works fine until the buttons decide to die on me then this game is awesome. Highly recommended.Show lessOrangeisbestcolor
