Decent chess program, not ready for iPhone X
I like the clean interface, but I wish it was better laid out for iPhone X. It’s not honoring the “safe area” for X and list of moves could easily use more screen real estate (as opposed to seeing a completely blank inch of space above and below the chess board. But it’s better than many other confusingly laid out chess games out there.Show lessRobert Ryan
Crashes
Game Center frequently crashes and doesn’t initiate the game properly. Voice chat also crashes the app. Hoped for a more solid performance with a paid app.Orban
Great chess app!
This is the best chess app I’ve found for iOS. Great interface, excellent features and a nice interface. I do wish there were more customizing options for the look and feel - I like the design but prefer the Alpha style of chess pieces available in other apps and would prefer a lighter colored board. Otherwise this is pretty much perfect!Show lessnef76//

In the annotation window, tap new to create an annotation, the app crash every time ...
If this could be corrected I would give four stars.

Best Chess app ever!
Been playing tChess Pro since it first launched and play it many times every day (yes, I’m addicted). Have tried many others, but always came back to it because of its speed, variety, and great UI and UX.Chess nut 9

I have started playing after many years of neglect. Increasing the degree of difficulty after each win has made it easier to pick up the game again. Great tutor functions also.Beta grade player
Excellent chess app
This is a fantastic app if you want to view pgn games while reading a chess book and makes it easy to flip back and forth between positions and explore variations before reverting to the original game.
There are many chess sets and pieces you can choose to get the look you prefer and the app seems highly stable and reliable.
I've been using it for quite a few years and am impressed by its quality, regular enhancements, and creator's responsiveness to suggestions.
