Fantastic

The app is really well thought out. Setting up groups of dice to roll, and switching between them is a breeze. Best of all, fudge dice are included.

The Dice Lady

My names Pip, and i just finished reading The Dice Man... Due to searching random words in the App finder it is clear which direction my life should be going in... So the dice said i should give you 4 stars, which is a shame, i do feel you deserve all 5.
Happy rolling folks xxx

Great set of dice for Dungeon Master

If you are like me a Dungeon Master and always need to have some dice handy this apps is the perfect choice! The dice look nice and the feeling or rolling dice is really great. If only it could always roll the result I want it will be perfect ;-p.

Just about perfect

I've tried a lot of the dice apps and settled on this one as the best. If all you want are some nice dice to always be on hand, this is the one to get.

V 2.0 - Wow. This update just made a superb app even better. This is without doubt the best dice rolling app out there.

Simple, well thought out and perfect for my gaming needs.

Pip is very well designed. Pip offers a simple to use interface and makes full use of Apple's iDevice technology. I enjoy the fact that I can shake or tap to roll my dice. When adding a 2nd d10 Pip will change the die colour to help differentiate when rolling d100. I felt this was a nice touch. I was looking for a simple, animated dice bag & roller and I am very happy how completely Pip has delivered.

First app to get a review from me...

I found Pip at the end of a very long download streak. I've tried pretty much every dice app out there and almost stopped at Motion-X because I enjoyed the feel, sound and action of the dice. Pip ultimately replaced Motion-X because of two things: 1) Multiple dice tables in a very elegant interface 2) Multiple dice types. The dice action is crisp (although at times it can seem a little over-active) and the ability to simply lock dice in place by holding them 'down'... elegant. The interface is clean, the graphics get the job done and look much better than most out there. I'm very happy with Pip and look forward to any enhancements Mystery Coconut, llc might add to it.

Best dice simulator out there

Having tried nearly all of the dice rolling simulators in the app store, this has to be one of, if not the, best. The dice roll smoothly, the user interface is really straight forward to use and there is very little in the way of uneeded extras.

Bloody useful.

This app uses realistic physics modelling to simulate the dice rolling instead of simply generating a random number. The app applies force to the dice based on the speed the dice are flicked on the screen or your iThing is shaken.
Other than the number and type of dice being rolled, customization is nearly non-existant, but the use of up to 10 different saved die trays makes this app very good for all sorts of table-top and pen-and-paper gaming. Just don't expect it to do more than the description says it will. I feel this app was well worth the asking price.

Beautiful and smooth

All the beauty and smooth physics of MotionX dice, but brought to polyhedral dice... It looks, feels, and sounds good, with a sophisticated and classy semi-reflective surface providing the backdrop for the rolling dice, and an easy, uncluttered interface that still allows individual dice to be held unmoving. As the description says, this app does not do any of the sophisticated calculations that the Dicenomicon does; but for rolling a few fast d10s, it can't be beat. It's now easier to pull out Pip than to pull out the dice bag; it's become my favorite dice-rolling app on the iPhone. I'd like to see larger numbers; on some of the dice (the d20 in particular), the small numbers can be difficult to read. I'd also like to see some ability to customize the dice, particularly for color; there are many times when you need the ability to distinguish different dice of the same shape. The app already supports two contrasting colors for d10s (in order to support percentile dice), but I'd like to see more. To avoid cluttering the interface, perhaps a user could hold a finger on a die, then apply a second touch with another finger to bring up a customization screen for that die, to change its color and perhaps also its size? Bravo to the developer for this simple natural simulation app.
