已经第二次了，体验非常不好，没人响应。买商品支付人民币，钱居然不能原路返回，变成了这个软件上的数字。帮我强行换汇了，只是数字没有任何意义

Worst delivery time
Every single order was more than an hour to reach. Standard delivery time is 1and half hour, and pricing also higher than other platform. Paying more to starve yourself? Won’t recommend to friends and families.

I’m new customer. Honestly, similar to GRAB or FOOD PANDA but more CHINESE CUISINE ❤️, there is once I ordered, wrote the wrong address, can find a chatbox, they help me remark immediately and receive it with no issue. Experience is quite good. Voucher is worth to use as well😍

没有骑手可以不要做外卖软件，五点下单接单后一直没有骑手，商家打电话来说一直没有骑手，餐已经做好很久了，八点打电话给客服说退款，答应了退款说要15个工作日，九点半又给我打电话说餐送到了，我想问放置了四小时的麻辣烫送给你你会不会吃，现在几个月过去了还是没有退款

I just experienced a problem with their delivery.
It was supposedly sent to 3, Jalan 3A, but the delivery company did not even bother to check at the guardhouse about directions. It was sent to 3, Jalan 3. I called them and their response was slow. Could be better if their delivery partners had better responsibility. Delivery cost was $12!!

连骑手都没有的外卖软件
我是留学生使用过很多次这个软件每次都很慢根本就没有骑手接单，每次都要第三方骑手过来取餐，送到饭都凉了，真不知道其他评论说的好用的点在哪里

Good: Has many chinese restaurants. Some are not available on Grab/ Food Panda.
Bad: Super slow delivery. Everytime when I use this app delivery takes more than one hour. Sometimes close to two hours.
No online customer support. Need to phone call.

Terrible service
App is terrible in terms of customer service. Driver unresponsive and irresponsible. Waited for more than 2 hours for food to be delivered then the driver cancelled and refuse to deliver. Called the driver and he hangs up the phone. App is terrible in finding a second driver. In the end we have to go to the restaurant to get the food ourselves. What a joke. This is not the first time I have issues with using the app. Do not use this app if you want your food delivered in time. Good luck.

Just terrible in general
I’ve ordered from this platform couple of times and never once was it punctual. The worst time is when I order my food around 8:45pm and it states that delivery will be made around 9:30pm. When I check again at 9:30pm, it changes to delivery tomorrow morning around 10:30am. Call customer service and their service was just bad. They ended my call before I finished talking. Would never order from here again.
